Very professional and excellent service. Done in 2 1/2 hrs when I expected 5 hrs quoted by Mercedes dealer for same work. Visits for Mercedes dealers were a nightmare for me. I called their office in the morning and spoke to a very knowledgeable man named Ted who basically listened to my explanation of what I was experiencing with my new truck and then told me what their schedule looked like for the rest of the day. As per Teds instructions I took my Mercedes GLE in for them to diagnose and they found it needed a complete brake job with flush on the rear of my truck. He told me he could order the parts and get them early afternoon if I decided to do it and also could have it done by the next morning. Now mind you he didn’t use pressure or scare tactics or anything

They were able to give me a specific time, and started working on the vehicle, an older Mercedes diesel, almost immediately. The work on my air conditioning was done in less than two hours. It now works perfectly. And the price was very fair. I will definitely use Pine Ridge Imports again!
