We bought our house two years ago and the real estate company had another company come out and install a new bladder tank and some new piping. We were going to get a holding tank and then he would fix the rest of the problems. We have been unable to afford the holding tank so the problem has never been fixed. I called up the other company and I did not like his answers. I called up A-Plus and had sent them several pictures and found out things weren't correct. Today they came out and we are now to code and with a few extra added on items we are up and running with everything working. Thank you

We had a great experience with A Plus they promptly fit me in to address our well issues. I was given options to the necessary repairs. We opted to have our old system replaces with an on demand pump and water system. One we made the decision the whole system was replaced in approximately 3 hours. Best service ever received by a local company. These guys have been an active part of the Arlington Heights Community for a long time. Family owned and ran. Matt the installation tech is the best. He just showed up at my moms house and literally took only 20 mins to fix the problem. Didn't even charge a after hours amount. Seriously look no further for a water company who will follow through with what is promised. Honest and fair priced to boot.

A-Plus Water and Matt were excellant for us-we are City folks moving to the Country and got hosed by 2 different Well Companies. For now we got 2 above ground 2,500 gal tanks and for now it is the best investment we could make as our well is not pumping water and may have to refi house to have new pump (poor ground water in our area)-what I like is that they actually answer the phone or get 'RIGHT' back to you in a timely mater-will definitely use them again!! Do not go thru what we did not knowing anything about wells-wish we had original inspection done by A-Plus before buying house.

My water well pump started showing signs of failure by intermittently not coming on resulting in no water in the home. So, we scheduled a pump replacement and are happy with the service we received. It took about 3 hrs, and bam, we were all fixed up. I was curious how the system works, so I stuck around during the job and they were more than happy to explain things to me. I highly recommend this company.

Great experience with A-Plus! Matt was real knowledgeable—able to troubleshoot my system’s issue within minutes and get me back up and running. Prior to coming out, he helped me troubleshoot over the phone some common issues which I appreciate as it shows they are here to help and not trying to gouge customers. Highly recommend these guys.

Our well water system died during the heavy snows. Three companies refused to come because of the roads. The other promised, but then had equipment problems. After living in a hotel for a week and still with no assistance, we contacted A-Plus Water Services. They rerouted a crew to our house within a few hours. The crew was friendly, professional and had all the repair parts with them, including a new pump and controller. When they pulled out of the driveway, we had water again. I was very impressed.

I cannot offer a higher review as I tried several times to have them come out to do a service call and was unsuccessful. I really was impressed by all the comments that were written about them and I contacted them via their website to confirm that they serviced my area (Mill Creek/Bothell), but every time I asked for them to schedule an appointment, they would ask for my address and then I would never hear back from them. I must simply assume that they are very busy and don't need my business which is good for them. My rating is strictly based on their customer service and follow thru. I realize

Matt is fantastic. My water stopped running on a Saturday night, and he helped me identify the problem over the phone to get me back up and running right away. He also installed our water softener 2 years ago which has been running flawlessly ever since. He really knows his stuff and gets the job done as quickly and painlessly as possible.

This company is amazing! After what must have been a very long day, Bob still made an emergency call to our home to repair our water pump! He climbed under our home several times and got us water that same night! What a blessing when so many other companies couldn't be bothered with our small emergency! He understood and had compassion for the fact that we had absolutely no water, toilet or other necessities. We need some extended work and he will be our number one choice! He cares and shows it!

We recently utilized A-Plus Water Services to replace a pump in our well and replace our water softener system. Matt came out on a Saturday when our pump stopped working and replaced the pump in no time. Within a couple weeks our water softener system needed to be replaced, Bob tested our water and Matt and his technician came out and replaced the system. He also provided advice on what did and didn't need to be done which we appreciated. Matt and Bob are great to work with and do excellent work. A-plus water Services gets an A+ in my book. I have used them twice now for water well service. The first time was 18 years ago when my pump stopped working and the second time, today when the pump control box went out. Both times we were without water. They put us first on the list and came out within a couple hours of my call. The work was done well by a competent crew and for what I felt was a reasonable price. We had water again three hours after my call. I will use them again for my water well service needs in the future.

It's Friday and my well pump stops working. I contact two different referrals from friends and don't get a call back. It's now Friday evening, I do a web search, find A Plus Water and decide to take a chance on an "unknown".
