Jon from Diamond Garage Doors was excellent! He really knows how to repair a garage door! My husband and I have had several companies come out and fix our garage door charging us an arm and a leg when only to have the garage door problems again within the next couple of months. Jon showed me step by step the repairs he made. He was very knowledgeable and quick with making the repairs. I will definitely use him in the future when we need our garage door replaced.

Jon is an extremely professional, kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable person when it comes to any problems with garage doors. He had replaced broken springs of my garage door more than 10 years ago. I called him last Sunday, again, for a different issue related to my garage door and he helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone and got it to work. He was extremely patient and committed to resolve the issue. Jon is simply the best in this business from every aspect and you don't need to look beyond him for any problems related to your garage door.

John is one of the best service professionals we’ve ever used. We called him at 7 pm the night before our move when our garage door had an issue - he spent time with us on the phone to talk through the issue and then was at our home within an hour to fix the garage. He’s professional, knowledgeable and provides top-notch service. We HIGHLY recommend this company.

Great price and great service, very responsive. We recently had Diamond State Doors install our new lift master garage door opener. The scheduling process was easy and fast, Chuck came by and did a great job very professional and informative, had a few follow up questions called Jon and he took the time to answer my questions over the phone.
