When we were approached about a home addition and renovation in Maiden, we were thrilled to take on the challenge. The homeowners wanted to add three bedrooms and a bath, for a total of 768 square feet, onto their vintage late-1940s home with 1176 square feet of starting space. Making the job more interesting, they wanted the addition designed so it appeared to have always been part of the original structure.
David was prompt, thorough, and responsive to requests throughout our first floor renovation project. He also brought ideas and suggestions to the table when he saw better ways to acomplish the goals we set out. His crew was always respectful and clean and had a high level of attention to detail - even going above and beyond to move outlets a few inches so they looked symmetrical with the newly installed trim work.

David Jackson has done many projects for us over the years and I could not be more pleased. The first job he did for us was to finish our basement 18 years ago. Since then, he has done everything from remodeling the kitchen and bath in my Dads house to hanging shutters and installing new attic stairs for us. His work is the highest quality, he truly listens, always strives to please and his prices are fair. He is one of very few contractors who shows up when he says he will, completes work on time and leaves it cleaner than when he started. He truly is the best in the business!!

We were looking for a general contractor in the Denver, NC area and found Jackson Construction. We recently purchased a house and needed some structural deck repairs. Jackson Construction showed up on time and was able to show up and time and submitted the best bid for the overal work. The deck is doing great 2 years later! Really good company, will use again!

We added the porch this spring and I must say we not only got exactly what David said he would provide. He exceeded our expectations. He visited the job at least once per day to ensure every thing was progressing as planned. The crew was very professional and kept the job site cleaned up as they worked daily. I have used David for two repair and one new construction projects over the past few years. David was very professional, knew what needed to be done to get all the projects finished in a very timely fashion, and was reasonably priced for each project. I will definitely use David again for future projects.
