Steve's Bounce House is a locally owned and professionally operated family business located in Coventry & Richmond, Rhode Island. Our goal has always been to provide safe, clean and attractive inflatable rentals for your party and event needs. All of our units are fairly new and each unit is cleaned and sanitized after every rental.
This game features a series of four giant inflatable balls which challengers must leap across to reach the other side. This is NOT a bounce house, children can't bounce on the unit. Are you ready to take on the mission? This two lane obstacle course is a one of a kind experience allowing the participants to have the feeling that they are truly engaging in a war of dexterity.
Do you deliver and set up? Absolutely! We will deliver and set up each bounce house and ensure that it is cleaned and sanitized and in good working condition well before your party starts and come back to take it down after the party is over. The set up normally takes about 20 minutes, and take down about 20 minutes.

July 4th weekend we had another company cancel on us. I was stressing because suddenly we had no entertainment for the 15+ kids we were expecting. I called Steve’s and left a voicemail, Steve called me back within minutes and saved the day. They will forever be our first choice! Top notch customer service!

Rented inflatable water slide for graduation party. Guys were prompt, courteous and professional. Slide was in fantastic condition and they clean and disinfect during set up. These slides are still my adult sons’ (and their friends) favorite party activity. 100% recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Disappointed with the bounce house I rented for my kids. When it was dropped off, we were told to leave the bounce house running because it was picked up during a rain storm and the air would get all the water out of the seams. Pools of water were in each corner. When I climbed in the bounce house to clean up the water, I noticed the inside was dirty. It had dirt on the slide and bounce area. I have to clean it before the party. I asked the Owner if these units were cleaned before each use and he told me that New England weather was unpredictable and to mop of the water with an old towel. We used Steve’s bounce house for the last 3 years but this year we paid an employee the remaining balance in cash and he stated a receipt would be emailed. We did not get a receipt and the company is now claiming we owe them the balance! We have surveillance video of my wife paying the worker and are still waiting to hear back from the owner......this was one week ago! Customer service is terrible and the lack of communication within the company is very poor. Would not recommend them, as they employ young teens that cannot be trusted.

I can't say enough good things about Steve's Bounce House! Tyler and North set up our waterslide yesterday and they were so nice and professional. I was having an issue with water connection and they stayed longer to ensure everything was set up properly. They arrived promptly on time to pick up the slide, as well. We needed a waterslide on very late notice and everyone at Steve's was more than willing to help. Thanks a lot!

This is the second time I've used them for a party and they are excellent. We accidentally weren't home when they first came by so they texted us to let us know they would be stopping by around 12.00 pm and they were there on time. They set up a day early and took it a day later, which was nice considering we had it for a little extra. My friend Jay put me in touch with Kim who was really easy to talk to and didn't seem too worried about money up front (which a lot of places are). I rented a bounce house from Steve for July 12, 2014 for my daughter and niece's birthday party. This was a last minute decision on my part. They were so accommodating and fulfilled all my wishes (I also rented tables and chairs last minute) the prices are VERY competitive and the best part was they delivered set up and picked everything up. Nice easy to work with. I will definitely be renting more products from them again and so will my friends and family they were as impressed as I was!

I rented a party package from this company over Memorial Day weekend and was extremely pleased. They were flexible around delivery and pick-up times to accommodate my schedule. Pricing was fair. The equipment was well maintained and very clean. I have to also say that they were also very patient with me while setting up. I can be a bit indecisive at times and had them move the location for the bouncy and tent a few times before I made up my mind where I wanted them. They were great. Totally professional. I'd highly recommend.
