Mr. Bernhardt has been with GBCCI for 30+ years. As President of the Company, he oversees management of all operations including- review of bids and estimates, preparing bids and estimates, and contracting administration. Mr. Bernhardt also manages- job meetings, change order preparations, and billing/close outs.
He works closely with customers to arrange and hire knowledgeable professionals for the completion of work. General Manager for Tampa JOC, setting budgets and tracking work efficiency from inception to the completion. Other duties include purchasing, invoicing, customer service, subcontract writing, and managing with local employees.

GCCI estimates using Planswift software to quantify data. We then integrate into a proprietary program for developing cost data modeling for internal management. Our team is adept with RS Means and Gordian's Progen system, for proposal building and real-time estimating for our clients.
