I had a large bandboard fall off my deck (8.5' above ground) during a large wind. All nails had rusted away. Having 22 to 26 more boards likely in similar shape, I needed them to be resecured. Reliable Construction (with a two person crew) not only repositioned the fallen (HEAVY) board but resecured all others with stainless steel nails expeditiously and professionally. An excellent job by hard working pros!

I selected Reliable Construction after consulting several fence contractors and looking at some of their recent projects in the DC area. They really did a great job removing the existing fence and building the new one (about 160 feet, including a door). They started on the agreed date and completed the job in about 3.5 days. The quality of craftmanship was excellent, and altogether they gave the impression of being a well organized contractor. They thoroughly cleaned the site after completion. I think that I made the right choice, especially since they offered the lowest price among the consulted
