We provide legal services to our clients in the Denver metropolitan area from Colorado Springs up to Fort Collins, Colorado. Smittkamp & Walters, PC began in October of 1993 with the formation of Smittkamp, Walters and Farus, LLC.
The surviving member of Smittkamp, Walters & Farus LLC is Peter J. Walters who is the president of Smittkamp & Walters, PC and its principal attorney. Mr. Walters has lived in Boulder since 1976, is married and has two grown boys. When not practicing law he enjoys alpine skiing, hiking 14ers, biking the Front Range and playing USTA tennis tournaments and USPT platform tennis tournaments.
