Well I haven't been there yet I have an appointment I hope they can help me have a situation I have two kids in Mexico with my deranged husband I'm trying to obtain my children he's denied me in a communication video of any communication with them over the last 6 years he's used my disability as an advantage to take over not allowing me to see my children for several years and time I wasn't aware of what he was doing why I was getting my medical treatments I don't know what he's doing with my kids at this time I'm looking for help at this time I'm just hoping my kids are okay pray for me pray for

I’m not sure if these reviews are fake or not but my experience here is nothing to brag about. You have to call multiple times to even speak to a receptionist let alone an actual lawyer, one receptionist will put you on hold and then hang up the phone never actually transferring you, they hardly ever return calls and the lawyers themselves are very unresponsive. Communication is their absolute worst aspect and I highly suggest going somewhere else.

Latest experience with this firm has been very disappointing. We leave voicemails and take days to response or don’t respond at all. Our paralegal changed, and we were not notified at all. The only reason we found out is because we kept calling and calling. When you call they send you to voice mail, never answer. I get people get busy, but I have been there in person before and the front girls are just hanging out, I don’t see them answering calls left and right. Also if your case is is complicated, meaning will take more effort they blow you off. They seem to only take easy cases, because

Worst law firm my mother went 1 year ago to renew her green card the lawyers wrote down the wrong address for my mom ,immigration send the paper work to the wrong place ect ow they are blaming IMMIGRATION wouldn't recommend to no one they have a bunch of worthless people working there they never answer the calls never return phone calls they just don't care about people
