Kaupas Water Labs has been servicing Summit and Eagle County since 1979. Ed Kaupas started this as a small family business, that has grown over the past three decades. Ed Kaupas and his staff have an excellent reputation among locals and second homeowners in the area. All of our pool and service staff have completed their Certified Pool Operators certification from the National Swimming Pool Foundation.
Most of our technicians have a minimum of five years of experience in the field of hot tubs, electrical, carpentry and more. I've worked with Eddie, Angelique, Hannah, Scooter and the team for many years. They are the "go to" place for potability water testing. They also sell filter systems along with hot tubs, chemicals for hot tubs.
The lab is state certified which is VERY IMPORTANT in my industry. Their prices are reasonable for Summit too.
They are located in Silverthorne, north of Target and the dealership. Parking is limited, so prepare.
I like their response time too. Always professional! They are my go-to place for potability and hot tub stuff.

I had to get water tested for purchasing my new house, and searched online. Kaupas Water came right up, and after a quick phone call was on my to their lab with a sample. I got a really quick response, and a follow up on how the water tested. Everyone I worked with from Hannah to Angelique to Ed was so helpful, I am now considering buying a hot tub. Thank you guys!

Needed water delivered to our house!
We live in a very tricky area with no easy way to access! Kaupas staff not only delivered in a timely fashion but also was more than happy to navigate to our location! They were professional, kind, and very easy to work with! I will for sure be calling again next year when we need a fill up!

Do not use this company to service your hot tub. We were signed up for a biweekly service with this company and were away for two months. When we returned the water was not maintained at all. They were rude, loud, and aggressive when this was brought to their attention. They tried to charge us for what amounted to a compete restart of the tub after they failed to maintain it as agreed. Avoid these people and find a reputable company that will take care of your tub.
