Water Care : If you wish for us to care for your hot tub, we can establish you as a water care customer which provides you with options of twice per month, weekly water care, or twice weekly water care, you decide what works best for you. Repair and Maintenance : All hot tubs are repairable, regardless of the brand or model whether it's a Cal Spa, Jacuzzi, Dimension 1, or another manufacturer's hot tub.

The most overpriced place on the planet. Extremely unhelpful. Operate as they have a monopoly on the whole Fraser valley. Circulation pump was 139 online. They wanted 289 for same exact pump. Bought next one up in size from Spa Man in granby for 190, tax included. Basically same price as everyone else. When I bought my hot tub it was $4000 more from them than having it delivered from Denver. I would carry my tub on my back to Denver before I would give them a dime. If you have money to burn and bad service is your thing, this is the place for you!

We bought a hot springs rhythm from Bear Dance Spas a year ago. It is awesome. It runs flawlessly. I have been pleasantly surprised to see that the energy cost is less than I expected. I have a friend who services tubs in Denver who told me to buy a hot springs because they are the best...and now I believe he was right.
We rent our place and have seen a dramatic increase in the rental demand. Rex has been very easy and reasonable to work with. I'd recommend them for anyone in grand county.

My step- son just moved to Fraser and acquired a hot tub. It had been serviced every two weeks by Bear Dance. It was making an odd noise and we noticed one of the air lines was fried. He went by the Bear Dance Spa store and the person there berated the hot tub and said he needed to make a service call to see what was wrong. A service call was scheduled but the spa tech do not show up and did not call. Needless to say they are very disappointed with Bear Dance Spas.

Our entire experience with Bear Dance Spas was excellent. Rex and his team helped us pick out the perfect spa, at the right price, and installed it quickly and easily. They helped us solve some electrical issues seamlessly. Their spa care program makes owning an outdoor spa in the mountains worry free. A totally professional outfit, great to work with.

My husband left getting hot tub parts to me this week. Oh great:( However I went to your store for the first time and you were so helpful with trying to help me figure out which filter I should buy and filter cleaner. Well, I got home and the filter was wrong- so the next day you returned it without question and helped me order the correct one.

As a mountain home owner, I'm very pleased to have Kurt and his team at Bear Dance Spas available to service and support my hot tub. In 2011, I had issues with an older tub that Kurt worked diligently to repair -- with lots of care and good communication with me. I would highly recommend Bear Dance to other homeowners. I also want to acknowledge Samantha at Bear Dance who has worked with me to clarify and simplify billing issues and questions I've encountered. Bear Dance was great to work with. We had done a lot of research and knew we wanted a Hot Springs Spa. With no pressure, they helped us pick the right model for us and had it installed in a week.
