This is our first time visiting this salon. My mom and I both have our haircuts and coloring. Big Shout out to Jaja for doing an excellent work. He knows what he's doing and gave us the best advices. The salon is super clean and everyone here is super friendly and helpful. They also took last minute appointment so thank you so much Jaja and Image Resorts Day Spa. We will come back !!!

My son was getting married, and I needed someone to do my hair. Saw that Mercy had nice reviews, so I scheduled a trim the week before so she could get a feel for my hair. (Fine, thin and curly) She trimmed my hair, and did a spontaneous sample style, to give me an idea of what she could do.
I went back on wedding day morning, but still didn’t know what I wanted to do - just that I wanted it off my face, and looking for a little volume. She created a great hairstyle that lasted all day/evening. Went back the following week for a full haircut. Great at listening to your wants, making suggestions

I'm writing this on behalf of a fabulous lady there Bella Lopez, a terrific hair dresser that I met while desperately looking for a hair dresser in Camarillo Ca. Just by fate I went into this shop image resort and luckily met Bella at the front desk... I made it well known I needed someone that new what they were doing especially with blonde hair! I was a wreck but Bella assured me she knew what I wanted and showed me her web site to look at for examples.. I was in need of someone to do my hair for my sons's wedding. Mercy Collins seemed to have some nice reviews, so I booked an appointment for a trim(so she could gauge my hair) and one for the wedding day.
On the wedding day, I didnt give her much in the way of what I had in mind, so she took it from there.
She put my hair up in a way that gave it some volume and it looked great. So thankful I didnt try to do something myself. Mercy worked some wedding day hair magic for me!

Niki was nice but I now look like a calico cat. I asked for high light touch up and toner. Some parts look ok, other parts way too light and some didn't lift enough. Didn't leave the toner on long enough and didn't massage it in so the hair underneath is very blonde. Just wanted honey color highlights. I now will be toning my own hair. Also the shampoo is my favorite part of the experience and it wasn't what I expected.

I have been going to Image Resorts for over 5 years now!! Everyone is so very nice. Tweety does my acrylics and she does the best job I have every seen on anyone!! I love my nails. The shop is always clean and everyone is so positive and professional!! There are so many services, I find everything I need in one spot!! The Best!!

Tweedy did a wonderful job on me and she made me feel so put together. Getting my nails done at this salon was one of the greatest experiences I could ever enjoy. My nails have not been lifting that easily. I followed her instructions to finding a way to take even better care of my nails. She did such an amazing job that I would certainly come here again. I'm just visiting down from Utah right now but I did used to live in Ventura county California and cities of Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley. I get my nails done in Utah as well. I was so impressed with Mercy’s work as a stylist I booked an appointment and went to her for the first time the week of Christmas. Even though she was extremely busy she took her time to be sure I was happy with the results. I had my first haircut with Aliona H. this evening and I couldn’t be happier! My regular stylist moved out of the area and the last one I tried ruined my beautiful A-line cut. I took another shot in the dark because I needed my hair cut again before I leave town this week and she stayed late to take me in. Not only did she give me an awesome A-line bob, but she did a color correction and got all of the yellow/brassines out of my blonde hair with a combo of hi and mid-lights. My hair felt soft and looked healthier than ever even after the color. Thank you Aliona, I will definitely be back!

Mercy did an outstanding job with my daughters' hairs. She is truly an artist and her work shows it. My daughters loved it and Mercy made it fun for them. I was truly impressed with her quality of work. Her customer service was outstanding as well.

Mercy is my Stylist, and I highly recommend her services to you. She excels at communicating and is a hair perfectionist. I always have a great time with Mercy. Just went in today for my first appointment with Maria! When I walked in my hair was atrociously orange and I had harsh unblended roots from bleaching my hair at home. In one day she was able to fix my hair and make it a beautiful blonde with gorgeous highlights that suit my skin tone perfectly! Maria is absolutely wonderful! She took my hair from a very dark brown, almost black to almost completely blonde without damaging my hair. She is incredible! Her prices are also very affordable, I’ve recommended all my friends and family to her and they also adore her. She is the person to go to if you need to dye your hair or cut it.
