Needed to find a new stylist since mine had moved. Found Rachel on Yelp and since it was close to home and the reviews she had were good thought I would make an appt for my mom and myself. Couldn't be more happy with my choice. Not only did I get a great cut my mom was thrilled. First time she ever said she wanted to go in just for wash and blow dry in between cuts. Thank you Rachel for the great cuts and making my mom feel good. We have found a new stylist!

I have gone to so many salons and top notch recommended ones and not any could get what I was asking for and actually damaged my hair for a lot of money. So I just happened to stop by this salon for a trim to check it out.. so went in today for a bayalage and baby lights on top and OMG!! I have never been happier with my hair the color is amazing that no other hairstylist could get me. Rachel is absolutley amazing and really knows her stuff! I will never waste my money on any other one.. and the salon is so cute and really enjoyed my few hours there! Her girls are great and her son is hilarious

I brought my daughter here and LOVED the cut and service we received! Rachel is warm, inviting and very kind to her clients. So much that I have brought my family and we are very happy. She does an excellent job cutting hair. The salon is very nice and accommodating. The prices are great. I am very happy we found Rachel!

Rachael is always amazing! She loves what she does and it's a family friendly environment! She eliminated the frizz with a Keratin Therapy treatment without loosing all the natural curl; I can finally manage my baby fine curly hair and make it behave. It feels soft and healthy even after 4 months. It doesn't trash your hair like the Japanese hair straightening treatments.

I always hated getting haircuts due to people cutting it the way I don't like. But when I come here Rachel cuts my HAIR SO GOOD! I always leave so happy and content that my hair Looks amazing. I have huge trust issues who cuts my hair. And it was hard to find a place. But Rachel and her sister Roxy both cut my hair the way I like! Thank you Rachel.

Rachel is hands down the kindest and best hair stylist I've ever gone to. Her shop is very clean, never too busy and very affordable. It helps that she's got an adorable dog named Chiquita who puts a smile on my face every time I'm in the salon. I highly recommend getting your hair cut at Madera's, you won't regret it!

Wonderful salon! Rachel is AWESOME and her husband isn't bad either! Seriously, I have never been more satisfied with hair cuts and color than with this salon! Rachel does what you ask and provides helpful suggestions. Absolutely love her work! Her prices are very competitive and she is very upfront about them. Her salon is extremely neat and clean! One of the best parts of her salon is Chiquita, her wonderful Shih Tzu puppy! Puts a smile on my face every time I go there! I highly recommend Madera Beauty Salon to everyone! P.S. I dread getting my hair cut because I don't like big, noisy salons or awkward small talk with stylists. And haircuts can be really expensive, too. But visiting Rachel's small, quiet salon and chatting with her was a pleasant and relaxing experience. and her price was great. Scheduling my appointment was super easy. Rachel got back to me very quickly when I requested an appointment through Yelp and was able to book me at the date and time I requested. I didn't have any haircut pictures to show her, but she quickly found a good one for my hair type. I love the cut she gave me! She

Rachel is AMAZING!!! I found the salon by chance online and was able to squeeze an appointment in the same week. I came in with some photos with the color I wanted (the ashiest, the better) and she agreed that one of my favorite photos was perfect for what I wanted. She NAILED IT! I'm so incredibly happy with my hair! She also gave me a wonderful cut which was also exactly what I wanted. This salon is so cute with a little rustic vibe to it. I highly recommended Rachel!!

I live in Simi Valley near the Ronald Reagan Library. I shop at Albertson's on Madera. I saw the new shop and a friend said she got her haircut there and colored and was very happy. I was going all the way to Woodland Hills to get my haircut. So the last time I got my haircut in Woodland Hills; I stopped by on the way home and showed Rachel my style. She said no problem I can do that the next time you need a haircut. I called this morning and she said to come in at 2:30PM. I was a little late but she still cut my hair. Amazing!
