Mike and his team went above and beyond in every aspect of taking care of my car and I. Not only was my problem an emergency, they took care of the problem and also did a thorough job with fixing other small things I had wrong with my car. This is also coming from someone who hates the idea of taking his car anywhere but his own garage. New to the area from Seattle, and I recommend anyone who has a BMW to take their car here. I would leave 10 stars if I could, will definitely be back for more maintenance. -Chris

I was first acquainted with Mike when he worked for a shop I went to for BMW service. He impressed me as very knowledgeable. When he left that shop, I started having a lot more problems with the service there. Later, I was happy to learn that Mike opened his own shop and I have been a satisfied customer ever since. Mike takes the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, which cuts down on repeat visits and saves me money in the long run. If you're looking for a straight shooter that will get the job done right the first time, I highly recommend Mike.

Fantastic service! Mike is an expert in all things BMW/Mini related. His prices are fair and his knowledge is second to none. The radiator in my Z4 sprang a massive leak. I had it towed to Mike's shop and he had it repaired the same day for about 1/2 of what the dealership wanted to charge (and the dealership said it would take 2 days). If you want best service, knowlege and fair pricing, Mike is your guy!
