If you are reading this then I take it that you value the opinions of customers at least somewhat. Like many people, I only skimmed this company's Google reviews, something I later regretted. Let me unequivocally say that Seymour's Cleaners is the worst dry cleaner I have had the displeasure of using. I asked for the simple service of having my tie dry-cleaned, an endeavor that took them over a month to complete. The girl behind the counter said it would be ready the next week. It is a little unorganized in there, but I was still impressed! This place has been around forever! I brought my couch cushions in with a nasty stain on them, and he was able to get it out and clean them up! Great job! If you drop something off there, just remember to go pick it up, because he may not notify you when your items are ready.

So very disappointed. I've been a customer for nearly 40 years and was shocked and amazed at the attitude of the owner Andy. We took my daughter in law's wedding dress in to be cleaned in June 2019. When I went to pick it up in Sept. it still hadn't been cleaned. Ditto October. Finally by November it was clean but not boxed. December still not boxed, but Andy promised to have it boxed and shipped to her in CA. January, no box, no shipment. February still not boxed or shipped. When I spoke with Andy, he told me it was only a perceived urgency on my part. It's not like she's going to wear it soon

Monday went in to ask about getting dress alterations. Young white lady told me come tomorrow because lady that does alternates left for the day. Tuesday come back same thing. This time African American lady apologizes to me and told me to come back Friday at 5pm and the lady that does alterations will be in. She assured me because I had been there twice already. Friday go in at 438pm, the lady is not in. I was so frustrated after being told to come back. Very unprofessional. I will not be back for their business.

I want to give this business ZERO stars, but the system deems I give at least one - that is being generous at best!! I like to give credit where it is due but I got the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service ever here!! It took them over 1 hour and 10 minutes to find my garments and they were only able to find them because another worker was called back into the office to help with the search. There were 2 younger girls working there who had LESS THAN ZERO compassion or consideration for any of the customers that came in - cell phone usage seemed to be the priority for them. Their attitudes were horrible

I took my daughter prom dresses for alterations and the lady did a wonderful job. Do not know her name, but she is a white lady, mid fiftys with an foreign accent, she is awesome!!!! She fixed my daughter prom dress, and two other gala dresses..no problem! Little expensive, but is worth it! Definitely,will keep taking them there.
