Wow what an amazing experience! A real person answers the phone, and she was happy to answer my many questions since I was new to the service. You estimate how much laundry you have and they help you with that. Laundry all came back clean and neatly folded!

This service is great! I started doing this because doing my own laundry ended up being a 24/7 affair. I was hesitant at first. How do I trust some strangers with my clothes? I've used them 5 times now and haven't lost a single piece of clothing. They don't use harsh chemicals. The clothes smell great every time.

For those that are asking whether they're trustworthy,...I mean it's clothes. Don't give people things you don't want to lose. However, I tend to use my pants pockets as a de facto storage unit. They returned my airpods AND car keys!

These guys are great! Convenient and good pricing. Live in Old City apartment with a small washer dryer/combo. Wanting to get everything washed all at once, I set up a pick up with Laundry on Wheels. They had so many convenient schedules to chose from and arrived on time to pick up. Delivered laundry, fresh folded and bagged. Had two bath mats and a 5x7 rug washed as well. All came out perfect. Super convenient. Will have my tenants on move-out drop laundry of with them in the future.

We had our rug cleaned last weekend. Although its machine washable, our washer and dryer are far too small for an 8x10 rug. Effortless scheduling, pick up and drop off from Laundry of the Wheels! The rug looks beautiful. Great service, will use again.

The laundry on wheels is AMAZING. I’ve had the best service from them and I really appreciate Kurt for waiving the same day service for me as a kind gesture. Working from home can make it difficult to get to the door or even respond at times, but the laundry on wheels made it so easy. They charge $1.45 a pound (with detergent) which is cheaper than the competition. Most importantly they're honest. They weigh it themselves so if you told them it was 30 lbs and it was 28 lbs you will always get charged for the 28 lbs.

I needed an absurd amount of laundry and linens washed all at once ASAP - it was too much for a laundromat to handle. I looked into a couple different places and Laundry on the Wheels charged the least per pound, so I went with them. They came within a few hours, loaded all the bags into the truck themselves, and delivered everything back bagged and folded in the time period specified. I even got a discount for having so much and another for being a new customer! Will definitely use again in the hopefully unlikely event I have another laundry emergency.

This is the first laundry service I have ever used. I had an idea in my head of how I wanted it to go, and reality was just as good! I had a question about what to put my laundry in, so I emailed the help address and received a phone call about ten minutes later. I spoke to someone who answered my questions and was polite and professional. The pickup and delivery were both on time, and I liked the level of communication throughout the entire process. Beware-ruined a silk blouse and nice jacket of mine and refused to acknowledge. When I brought it to their attention they kept saying "we've never had a problem with the dry cleaner before" as if I was making it up. The items had obviously been washed in a washing machine, not dry cleaned, and had shrunk. Their damaged item policy only covers up to ten times the cost of dry cleaning an item, which my jacket was more than. I'd avoid trusting them with a suit or anything valuable.

I just tried Laundry On The Wheels and I love it. I had an enormous and bulky king size mattress pad that would never have fit in my washer and it was too bulky to walk it to a laundromat. I completed the online form and paid online and they sent me text messages regarding pick up and delivery. Within 24 hours, my mattress pad was taken away, laundered, and returned in a free laundry bag! The item looks very clean. I would highly recommend this service.
