When you wash with us, you're helping conserve water and dispose of soap and chemicals through environmentally safe methods. Twins Express Car Wash uses biodegradable chemicals, and we dispose of our waste by removing most solids and directly disposing of the remaining liquids into the sanitary sewer system where they are properly treated and processed.

This place is awesome. I am from Chicago and needed my car cleaned. This place has a buff shine towards the end of the drying. The vacuum area was very well maintained. They have 2 types of hoses. Normally you only get one. They also have a compress air to blowout other debris from the tough to reach places. They so provide micro fiber towels for your convenience. I will definitely come back here next time, if I'm I. the area.

Excellent place to wash your vehicle. Friendly, and very tentative. Also have spray bottles of fluid for cleaning interior and windows. Also have rags to wipe things down. Vacuums always work great. If clogged, they take care of it and unclog it right away. One of the better car washes I have been to.

The car washed did a good job cleaning my car but took a chunk out of my bumper. I have been through many car washes and nothing happen. Go thru this one and now my car is damaged!! The employee said they wouldn't fix it because of prior damage, when there was none. Yes my bumper before I bought the car was replace, but this damage was never there!! Again, been through different car washes and nothing happened to my car. So unprofessional about the situation too.

While going through the car wash at the end there was a stopped car and my car kept moving, if i had not braked i wouldve hit them. Next thing you know im getting yelled at by the employee for braking when im supposed to be in neutral. Have seen previous reviews of cars getting hit at this car wash, and people getting yelled at by employees, therefore i feel justified with writing this review.
The people who run the place need to learn how to properly run a business and conduct themselves in a professional manner. Seems to be an ego problem with the older people working there.

This is located right off the west side of Wickham road in front of the Goodwill store and just south of the Home Depot. The entrance is close to the road as soon as you turn into the parking lot. There are two lanes, one for unlimited member customers and the other is for everyone else. Each lane had an electronic display easily accessible from your car window. Absolutely LOVE this car wash!!! I go about twice a month to clean my car and pay for the $16 Wash, the vacuums are the best in town! They provide everything needed for a busy mom to detail her car, with clean towels/Glass Spray & all purpose cleaner. AND just when I thought they couldn’t get any better this morning there was air fresheners 😍 Not to mention the employees are always super nice!

For years I've been going to the N Wickham Rd Mr Car wash, but it's 5.2 miles away from me and the N Wickham Rd Twins Car Wash is only 1.4 so I thought I'd give it a try now that they've been in business while. The Twins Express wash is roughly equivalent to the MCW #1 I normally get, so I went with that. I explicitly told the teenager at the entrance I was there to get the bugs off, he said the Express has bug prep so it would be fine. I went through and drove straight home, this (photo) is what was left on the front, maybe 10-20% cleaner than what I went in with, still lots of bugs. When I leave

Came in after my family decorated the sides of my car to prank me on my birthday so I came here hoping the rollers would brush it off. But instead, these guys came around by hand and scrubbed my windows clean. Every time I come through I am 100% pleased with how these people go above my expectations. Vacuums are also some of the best in the area.

After reading a lot of good reviews about your place, I decided to give it a try today.
When I arrived, I didn’t know what package should I buy, so the car was dirty and with some mosquitoes and other bugs after a trip. An employee recommended The Duo Special, so everything was included in that package.
I have attached some photos that I took right after the service finished. I really liked that you offer the free microfiber and cleaning liquid there, so I could clean everything that your machine nor your employee did. I paid your most expensive and deluxe so I really wanted the car to be cleaned

*Update*: they have contacted me and we had our vehicle washed again. The wash came out streak free this time and the bugs were cleaned off. Will definitely be on the list for car washes if I need one.
First time here and not very impressed. Purchased the most expensive wash when I got there. There was one car in front of me and they purchased a less expensive wash (I knew because there’s lights that flash in the beginning of the tunnel with the products your getting in the wash.) Never had an issue here. I do the monthly member program and always been happy with the wash and customer service. Think it's top notch technology and never really been a fan of coming out of a car wash and having people drying my car. And with this place the machinery dries the car real well. And takes me a second to adjust my mirrors back. Like this place.

I decided to try this new car wash because it's close to my home. The wash itself seemed to be good, but for $20, I expect better service.
The attendant folded both my mirrors inwards before going through the wash, but no one was there to fold them back upon exiting the wash. I was able to fold back my drivers side... but the passenger side was too far, and I figured I'd do it when I got home... but I forgot. Then I proceeded to drive later, and realized it was still folded inwards a few minutes after I left, and I didn't have time to pull over to fix...
