Services
Water damage or a fire disaster in your home or business can seem like your own personal catastrophe. The destructive force of water, sewage or the fallout from a fire can take an enormous toll emotionally and financially on you and your family. Personally, it can affect every facet of your life; professionally, it can cripple your business.
Few emergencies in the home are more unnerving than a water disaster. Water can compromise your living spaces, destroy your belongings, and throw your entire life into a state of turmoil. RestorePro NJ understands that when water invades your home, you need immediate action. On call 24/7, our licensed restoration contractors arrive promptly, assess the extent of your water damage immediately and start remediation right then and there.
A sewage disaster is one of the most traumatic events a New Jersey or Pennsylvania home or business owner can ever encounter. Not only is the immediate presence of sewage in living or working areas extremely unsettling, the health risks are of great concern. Coming in contact with even trace amounts of sewage can be dangerous; so proper cleanup is essential.
When a fire hits, you need immediate action. RestorePro's licensed restoration contractors are on-call 24/7 to assess the extent of the fire, smoke and water damage and start emergency fire remediation on the spot. Surviving a fire disaster is traumatic. But once the immediate issues of safety are resolved, and the fire department deems the property safe to enter, you face what can seem like another overwhelming task: restoring and rebuilding.
Mold can grow undetected on the outside and inside walls and within other structural components of a home or building, creating an environment that can cause serious, long-term health implications for you and your family. Whether you experience a water damage issue or you need fire and water restoration services, a vital step in any cleanup process is to get a thorough inspection for mold.

Initial work to clean and dry my basement flooring and drywall was fine, but RestorePro repeatedly ignored my requests to evaluate a fireplace that clearly had water damage. When my insurance company saw photos of the fireplace, they identified mold. The insurance company sent a different restoration company out immediately. That company has bee much better.

Jeff N. came out and was so helpful. Gave me honest answers and opinions on how to correct my problem. Did not try to sell me services I did not need.

I had some water in my basement when my water heater broke. RestorePro was quick to respond and did a great job with the cleanup and handling my insurance claim. The crew was very courteous and professional. It was also nice dealing directly with the owner, Carey, who dealt directly with my insurance co. and guided me through the process.
All in all, the guys at Restorepro did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them.
