I am extremely satisfied with the results of my rug cleaning and the technicians were very cordial and dedicated to my service and results. We had a LOT of rain 3 weeks back on a Wednesday. When I stopped home for lunch on Thursday I heard gurgling from my sump pump. Their was a backup in the pipe leading to the sewer and the water being pumped out was just coming right back into my (finished) basement.

I contacted Allstates Cleaning & Restoration because we had allergies happening on our home and the next step recommended was a thorough duct cleaning. It was fast and easy to make an appointment. They were available to come *early* to the appoint and called to see if it would be OK - Yes Please! They came early, as promised, and we're done in the time expected. The crew was professional and fast. They cleaned all my vents well; immediately noticeable, which was so much impressive. Highly recommended.
