I would highly recommend this agency! Working with Ben Kotula has been a great experience. He is always just a phone, text or email away! We were new to homeowners/auto insurance and Direct Insurance Services was a great choice for us. Always explaining details in a way that made us feel educated and comfortable. Any question we have or issue that arise- he is there to answer and help. Our home and vehicles are in great care knowing our insurance agent has our back! Again- HIGHLY recommend this agency!!

Hunter is everything you need your insurance agent to be Responsive, Honest, Fast, And he just happens to be funny, he literally got me the lowest rate possible And made it super easy to leave my old insurance company. Not to mention I work overnights and he was willing to Communicate with me outside of business hours to accommodate my schedule.

I have been with Direct Insurance Services for 3 years know. I was with another company and paying double what I pay now. Its so nice to have someone like Kelly who does all the price comparisons for you and gets the best coverage. I am also not very knowledgeable about insurance coverage and what to get. Kelly is so patient and always there to answer any questions I have. I have recommended Direct Insurance to many of my friends because I believe that it is the best insurance agency I have ever worked with and I wouldn't ever have any other agency to handle my insurance needs.

This is a very professional, yet friendly insurance agency. The agent that I worked with to purchase my auto and homeowners insurance was very knowledgeable, and really went the extra mile to make sure that my needs were covered (pun intended), and to ensure that I received the best deal possible. I'm a comparison shopper that enjoys finding a good value, but with insurance the choices, features and benefits are overwhelming.
