Since 2010 when I moved to MN: Davina and her able crew have always been there to help when I call. They've given me first-class treatment even when I'm emotionally upset and not easily dealt with because I've been in an accident or some other calamity. They have all the answers and calmly guide me through the best ways to deal with my situation. Davina also points out things I can do to lower my insurance premiums. We have had State Farm insurance over 3 years with Davina Baldwin and her team. We have now cancelled due to how incredibly rude DAVINA BALDWIN herself was to me on the phone. She refused to answer questions that were asked and she continued to be insulting with continuous interruptions from her. Her unprofessionalism of hanging up on a client was incredibly disrespectful. If you see this place or agent in your area RUN! there are other and more professional agents to choose from.

My wife was a customer of Davina's when we got married 16+ years ago and I've/we've been a customer ever since. Davina is great to work with and very professional. I had a wonderful experience with Davina Baldwin and her office staff. What I most appreciated was there honesty and integrity in giving me an upfront quote which fit my situation. I had called around to a number of other insurers, had even been in the office, signing the forms for one insurer when I found out the quote I was given was not the quote I would receive. In the end I chose to pay slightly higher rates with Davina than what some had offered because I knew I could trust she was giving me the correct rate information with the coverage most suitable for my situation.

Ms. Baldwin has always been very helpful. She knows all about life and auto insurance, and always gives me great advice when it's time to review my policies. I have auto, renters and life insurance with her, and the rates are a lot better than the rates I had at American Family.
