Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I’ve been unable to get into the regular dentist for a cleaning and exam. I called me ‘former’ dentist, Dr. Chan, made an appointment and today I feel awesome! What a great staff, so cohesive and caring and full of character! I love Dr. Chan’s new long hairstyle! So thorough and so capable. Thank you for such great service.

NW Smile Designs is an awesome dental office. I had broken a tooth and called my dentist who was out of town and referred me to Dr. Chan. I called at 5:30 Tuesday evening and he was able to see me first thing Wednesday morning. His nurse was beyond nice and helpful. Dr. Chan was very caring and patient with me. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option! Best dental experience , ever!!!! Thank you!

As others before me have said, this dentist seems to be one of the very best out there. At least that was my experience upon the first few visits. Better than all of the "add-on" dentists. Unfortunately, the quest for money finally showed. Once they had me on the hook for an expected, extended, (and needed, so they claimed) treatment, they then dropped the act and became focused on the money. It was an unexpected and very disappointing surprise! My search for a truly professional dentist continues. If you only need a couple or 3 visits to a dentist, this may be your best experience, but
