We had the best time at this facility! So much fun and well worth the price. The new owners have completely renovated the place and there is SO much more to do than there used to be. Great for birthday parties, the team is super engaged and everyone had a great time. I will be back and recommending to all my friends!

My two kids and my husband and me too had so much fun the couple of times we went. We like to go on weekdays when it is emptier because crowds just ruin the whole experience. My 3-year-old couldn't get enough of the enormous playground and my 11 year old loved everything including the tall jump, can't remember the name. We just had fun feeling so much lighter from jumping around everywhere. Our only complaints are that they have a lot smaller staff during the week and we had to have somebody "supervising" at every single attraction and there wasn't enough workers to go

This was our first time, we took my 5 year old because he loves trampolines. We purchased the Five Star General Package (two hour unlimited package) and unfortunately it was anything but unlimited. Most of the areas were closed and we were told after purchasing that they were super short staffed and didn’t have enough people to keep all the play areas open. That’s something that should be told to guests prior to purchasing tickets for we could’ve just brought a pass with a choice of one of the few open areas. It was $60 for 2 hours. I got the package one down from the top as I thought I'd treat my 5 & 8 year old. It would have been nice to know that all the "add ons" on the more expensive package require you to be 44" tall, which my 5 year old is on 41" . The bumper cars were also out of order. The dodgeball was open, but the balls were deflated so the kids didn't like that. The cafe didn't open until 1230 even though placed opened at 10am. Luckily they had a water fountain but I'm unsure of it was cleaned at all. They were understaffed and only had one person

I was hesitant to come because I wasn’t sure how clean it was going to be and if my son who has some physical limitations would be able to experience it. Well it was beyond my expectations! Nathan the manager greeted us and as we explained our scenario reassured us. He also went above and beyond to notify the team members to watch out for him. He did it discreetly and they were all amazing - Carlos, Tristan and Jahnae! Tristan especially helped my son by spotting him and he was actually able to do all he wanted. It was invigorating! My kids had a fantastic time this afternoon - they played for hours! There were so many different activities for the kids to do. And the staff were very pleasant and helpful for the kids. In particular, Jah’nae was a rockstar and helped my oldest on the extreme jump and offered advice in other areas of the park as well. I highly recommend!

So my wife took the kids in her van, and I took my own vehicle there. I ended up getting there before everyone else, and found out I had to fill

It seems they have hired new people, it used to be a great place... customer service is 0 stars.
We paid to have access to all the areas and they didnt want to give us access
Cafeteria was closed and kids were thirsty.
We paid for access to the arcade area and asked if we could buy some toys since my little one didnt get enough points. They just didnt care about anything rather than chatting with other workers. We had a great experience in the past. Afraid to go and spend like $100 for 90 minutes for that kinda bad service.

Rebounderz in Carmichael (Sacramento) has a great variety of activities for those age 2 and up. We have a 3 year old and he enjoyed the jungle gym playground and three areas of trampolines. He is too short for the other activities and he's not really into arcade games. There are plenty of activities for adults too! Facilities are clean and staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were very sweet with our little toddler.

My sons birthday was held at this location, all of the children and even the older kids had a blast!! Our party host was MARIAH, she was so sweet and attentive, she definitely knows what she's doing and you can tell she loved being around the kids. If it were possible, I'd request her as our party host the next time we go!

First time here for my nephews bday party. Place was okay but the service that I and my family received from Mariah was Phenomenal!! She was patient, respectful and stayed on top of everything. She did it all. Refill when we needed it, kept coming back to ask if we needed anything else. She was amazing!!! Mariah thank you so much for your service.

Very nice and spacious place for kids to run wild and have fun. We came here for my sons birthday party. We didn't get a party room but instead used a few of the tables that they had in the back next to the cafeteria. This place is very nice and clean and tons of different areas for kids to explore. The pizza wasn't the greatest but when we took the pizza back to get corrected the staff was very polite and fixed the pizza the best they could. We would come back here again.

Had my nephews birthday party there. Spent $500 on the highest package they offer and did not get $500 worth out of it. I called and planned the party well in advance (around a month beforehand). I received a call 3 days before the party to finalize my reservation. They told me to arrive 15 minutes in advance to go over the rules and to do any decorating. When I got there, the coordinator told me that they typically require all waivers 5 days in advance and a list of party attendees. Unfortunately this business has very little integrity or consideration for its community and they demonstrate this by allowing at least 75% of their customers into their establishment without a mask. If they adhered to the local mandate and at least pretended to enforce the policy in which is intended for indoors public businesses I would give this place more stars because my children enjoyed themselves.

Where do I begin. Looking in to this place my kids and I couldn't wait to get inside. I liked the colors, the lights it looked like so much fun. We get in, the bumper cars were down. The ball shooters were off, there were no balls. The toddler area had nothing fun for the little little guys to do. It was a sad play area for the really really young kids.

My kids had a good time. They're both on the younger side, 4 and 2, so there wasn't too many things they can participate in. They spent most of their time on the playground. There's an arcade, a climbing wall, a ninja warrior course, trampolines, bumper cars (that was closed), a basketball course, and a jump tower. I think I'll wait until the kids are older to return so they can appreciate the other activities.

It is definitely a place to take your kids or do a party, especially if you want them to burn off some energy. They have different tiers of how long you play on the trampolines. They have an hour, and and all day a long with a few others. The process arent that bad. They also have a 30 day pass for $30. They have an arcade you can play and ear tickets, which thos costs extra. They have 5 party rooms, each with a different theme. They have different specials going on during different times. They have a concession stand where you can order food and drinks. I was overall satisfied with the visit.
