Gold Coast Dragons, our competitive team competes in women's and men's events locally and throughout the United States. Our teams compete USA Gymnastics and AAU Gymnastics- Florida Gold League- Level 1-Optionals. Our coaching staff is Safety Certified and are professional members of USA Gymnastics and AAU.
Many of our former gymnasts are currently Doctors, Lawyers, Attornies, Government employees, Active service members, and performers! Skills must be mastered with correct form and technique in order to advance to higher levels. The team is a "YEAR ROUND" commitment--Throughout the year we train, condition, compete and REPEAT!

Services
Our "Mom/ Dad & Me" is a playful gymnastics class centered around age-appropriate skills using special tot-sized gymnastics equipment, with a strong emphasis on socialization and group involvement. Beginning gymnastics skills as well as fine and gross locomotor skills will be learned. Themed lesson plans make each week a new and exciting class.
