Keep Flippin' has a USA Program comprised of 3 different skill levels: Red for beginner, White for intermediate and Blue for advanced gymnasts. We offer classes for preschool students, middle school students, high school students, adults, as well as special needs children. We also provide specialized classes, such as power tumbling, cheerleading, and Open Gyms!

Services
These private lessons are taught by Daryl Sue, who majored in special education and physical education at the University of Miami. A class focused on teaching the foundations of cheerleading. Students are taught cheerleading skills and floor tumbling. Whether or not your child is a flyer or a baser, our cheerleading coaches are happy to help your child develop the skills necessary to join a cheerleading team.

I love this place! The kids are always so looking forward to their gymnastics class. They have smaller classes which means more attention to the kids and they get to do more stuff! The owner and staff are awesome, very sweet and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

So much fun here. They truly care about the kids and helping them to improve and be the best they can. After each lesson/practice the coach comes out and individually speaks to each parent about how their child is doing and where practice is needed. My daughter is thrilled to be there and is clearly learning

Started at Keep Flippin when I was 6,
I will never go anywhere else even as a adult!
Very family/friend oriented.
Not a competitive gymnastics place,
So very low pressure!
All about teaching the kids and helping the kids have FUN!
There is a show team that travels and performs at places like Disney and such!
Definitely recommend!
Daryl Sue is a total sweetheart.

All staff and coaches are friendly and encouraging!

Keep Flippin Gymnastics in Jupiter is an AWESOME facility. The owner has been in the gymnastics business for her entire life and her knowledge, abilities and caring nature are unmatched. She was a competitive gymnast herself and wanted to create an experience that was advanced but more fun. The staff is excellent and most of the coaches were students themselves. My two kids have been going there since they were about 5, now they are 13 and 14 and members of the Show Team. They are a second family to us and it is very hard to get them out of the gym because they love it so much.

My 5 year old daughter visited Keep Flippin Gymnastics and the team at Keep Flippin were very patient and positive with teaching her even though she was extremely nervous and shy. By the end of her first session she LOVED it and can't wait to go back for more sessions to overcome her fears and learn new skills! They were many kids at a Open Gym session we attended and I loved seeing how organized it was. The kids all had smiles while showing off their skills!

This is the best gymnastics studio I've ever been to. And certainly the cleanest by far. The instruction is professional. The teachers are all so pleasant. They come to the lobby after each class to tell you how your child did in class that day. Most importantly, my children live going here! The owner Daryl is a lovely woman and I would recommend her studio to anyone.

Wonderful gym that provides an alternative to competitive gymnastics. My daughter went here for years, was on team, and loved it. Competitive gymnastics had become too much of a time commitment and it was so nice to transition to Keep Flippin. Daryl Sue and her team of coaches are like family to us. They truly care for the kids and work hard to make it fun for the kids while building their skills. I highly recommend!!

Keep Flippin' Gymnastics is a truly unique facility. My daughter did competitive gymnastics and loved the sport but didn't like harsh criticism that came with it. When we came to Keep Flippin' the difference in the environment was tremendous. She was welcomed with open arms and was challenged enough to meet her fullest potential. Not only did she become a great gymnast, but she created friendships that she held into college.

There isn't enough room in this review to write how amazing of a person Daryl Sue is and how great of a gymnastics program she is running at Keep Flippin. Both my children, now 21 and 18 years old attended Keep Flippin from the time they were toddlers and I strongly feel it helped mold them into the great, amazing young adults that they are today. Daryl Sue cares about the children In her gym more then many other studios of all different kinds of exercise programs that I have seen. I've been with keep Flipin for a few years before I got invited on show team.
During a "calm"conversation between Daryl sue and my parents she got crazy because she was asked to please stop interrupting. She then starts yelling and pointing in my parents face. I do not feel this is a good gym for kids. And this is coming from a 12 year old!!!

My daughter has been at Keep Flippin for 7 years and loves it! She has learned so much from this wonderful operation. The coaches & owner are extremely caring and nurturing. Daryl Sue the owner is terrific and is very hands on. She knows all the kids and parents. This gym is a wonderful well run operation that has been part of the Jupiter community for many years. Can't say enough good things about it!

My nieces go here and they love the classes but the recital was absolutely ridiculous. It was not very organized but the worst part is that you are not allowed to take pictures or video of you child during the performance, even if you are not using flash photography. I was trying to take a few pictures of my nieces so they could see how great they were doing but got called out of my seat to they hallway and told I would be removed from the whole show if they saw my phone out again. I personally think for a child's dance recital that was way overkill. So if you are just sending your child
