I had a great experience! but i also did my research before purchasing. i got 4 bundles. 16,18,20,22! loose wave, shouldve gotten body wave cuz of the pattern. the hair IS double wefted. Has a cornchip smell, and bleeds brown while washing it. so i guess you can say it is processed. not bad tho. but if you want it real thick, get four. the lady was nice, they have a nice little space for their company. & the packaging is cute. i wore the hair august til December, going into the new year. it DID shed A LOT, but towards the end of my third month of wearing it. most likely cause, i wasnt washing it
