I love going to this place to buy my hair stuff, but I've been trying to go the last 3 days and they've been closed before the time on here. Is there different hours now? *Edit* I will be there Saturday then, not to worry. I understand that things like that happen, and I wouldn't have wanted you to do it any other way. You guys have my continued support regardless and I look forward to Saturday.

Came here to support a Black Owned Business…unfortunately when I came no one was there. The store hours states opens at 10am but it’s 10:15am and they are still closed. Been waiting since 9:50 thinking someone was setting up to open today. Hate to give 1 star but had no choice.

Ive visited this beauty supply store 4 times in the last month. I was always greeted upon entry and the owner was always friendly and asked if I needed assistance. If a product I needed was not in stock he is always quick to say he'll order it. Pleasant experience, I am definitely making them my main supply store.

Went in to purchase a few last minute hair products for the girls and I and came out with more than I truly expected. First and foremost the customer service was absolutely AMAZING. Not to mention the shared business advise from one BLACK OWNED small business owner to another. Our conversation was truly uplifting/ inspiring. I really did enjoy my shopping experience. I will certainly be an returning customer. I definitely will recommend others to shop there as well. I absolutely LOVE too see us WIN.

The minute I stepped into the store I was warmly greeted by a beautiful soul who made me feel so welcomed! Found me a beauty supply store and representative that I can trust. Tasha is amazing and very knowledgeable. She is knowledgeable with men’s beard, hair and grooming products (Koils by. Natural my preference). Gemstone Beauty Store as a vast variety, of products catering to people of color. I love the fact that it’s black owned.
