My kids and I selected a chalet in Gatlinburg,TN through VRBO for Christmas and the pictures on VRBO were amazing. Nowhere on the VRBO website did it warn us about a very steep driveway requiring 4 wheel drive or something with a lot of power. When we we arrived in our rented 2021 Toyota Camry to say we were scared would be an understatement. Not only did we not make it up the hill we stalled and slid backwards and the kids were very scared also. After several attempts and scraping the rental car up pretty good ( yes I was responsible for that cost thank you) we made it up the hill and we’re

My second time staying with This rental company. The first time as in 2018 and in a cabin that they no longer have available unfortunately. We decided to give them another shot for a 3 day weekend just recently. The prices have skyrocketed but that’s everyone lately. Close to $900 for 3 nights. Way higher than I would like.
We stayed at paradise point and I really did enjoy the cabin and location. A bear came to visit on the first day. The living room was cozy but could use a couch instead of a love seat. The bathroom door is glass and “see through” and in a bedroom that has no door so that

Good selection of houses. Good prices. Could have better service when you call with a problem. We were told someone would be up to take care of it. We hung around the house all day thinking someone was coming to make the repairs. No one showed or called. It was TV issues in one of the bedrooms and theater room, so it wasn't a big deal. The renting couple had to leave early so we were the ones to return the keys and entered this review. Would I rent from MLC again? Probably with more persistence on what we think is a problem. If you want 5 star reviews, service must be your priority.

The view, oh the view! The in person actually matched the online photos, well, the in person was indescribable, the serenity!! I highly recommend if you're looking for a nice spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, go there!! My chalet was AWESOME, practicality brand new with everything you need if you want to stay inside and chill. Theater room, pool table, hot tub, television with cable in every room. I could go on, but I'll stop, I have already reserved for next year, that's how impressed and relaxed I was! ❤❤
