The granddaughter of Italian immigrant farmers, she has been in the garden since she was 5, harvesting the abundant produce of the family garden.

Susan Belsinger, internationally known Horticulturist, Author, Culinary Herbalist, educator, food writer, photographer and editor was the Featured Speaker at the 2019 PA Herb & Garden Festival and shared her extensive knowledge of kitchen alchemy--the blending of harmonious foods, herbs, and spices--to create real, delicious food, as well as libations, that nourish our bodies and spirits and titillate our senses.
