I called R&M for my parents home furnace that wouldn’t turn off. Within an hour they sent a tech by the name of Ray out to evaluate the problem. He told us that we needed to replace the furnace and fix a few other needed issues. We hired R & M and couldn’t be more satisfied with the price and the excellent service!

Wow a lot of family must be reviewing this place. My experience was far from good. They came out, diagnosed the problem, said they would need to order parts. Took 3 days to get the part I could have ordered from Amazon the next day for 15% less (not a bad markup, but horrible wait time which cost me about $100-$150). $45 travel charge EACH TIME. Gas must be expensive if 3 miles is worthy of $45. Finally replaced the part for $148 labor for 20 minutes and left. FAILED immediately. Called them back. They returned and said it was fixed again. We demanded that they stay to see if in fact it was fixed

Our gaming store may not have refrigerated goods but our customers rely on a cool comfortable environment. R&M Refrigeration came out and offered us a very fair service plan that got our cooling system running efficiently and within a reasonable budget as well. It will be nice to finally focus on the business without worrying about our inside climate issues. Would highly recommend!

If anyone should get an award for excellent customer service, it's R&M Refrigeration. Very knowledgeable helpful. The owner, Rod, follows up with customers to ensure quality satisfaction and ACTUALLY cares. From commercial refrigeration to HVAC these people have you covered. Will definitely be calling again. It seems hard these days to find a service provider who offers integrity AND honesty.

I was referred to R & M by Pirch, who was the company we purchased the dual gas wall oven from. ( the 12 month factory warranty had just expired). Once R & M came out and diagnosed the problem, they submitted the repair estimate to Pirch.
I waited about a week, couldn't get through to Pirch, so I called R & M, talked with Veronica, who had tried daily to get approval from Pirch.
Long story short, Veronica did an extraordinary job staying on top of this repair, finally got authorization and immediately sent Ray out to repair the oven. Ray also went above and beyond to check and
