When we bought our home we knew it was important to choose a good agent. The great part about this team is that Samantha is not only a great agent, but you have the advantage of Joe's ability and skills to complete tasks if you can't find a turnkey house. She really has all her bases covered in every aspect of the process. She was quick to respond to all our questions and showed us multiple homes within my budget that fit my needs.
After we got an offer accepted she would email exactly what she needed from me and kept me updated throughout. Before I knew it we were ready to move in!!! 6 Days ahead of the initial closing estimate!!!

Sam helped me buy in Temecula two years ago.
I relocated jobs from Los Angeles.
My schedule was very weird to view homes and Sam was always available. She was very quick to respond.
I actually got 3 offers accepted below asking price, but I changed my mind.
She wasn't pushy and had no problem withdrawing my offer since I wasn't in love with the home.
When I finally made my mind up It appraised 13k over what I offered.
Overall I was very happy with her, mainly because she didn't make me feel rushed like other realtors that just want you to buy.

Great real estate agent. Samantha went above and beyond for us and definitely has a passion for real estate. She's young and hungry so she got every task done fast and efficient and didn't make it seem like it was a drag. She really helped everything go smooth and made sure she made a great deal for us.
