I have been taking my bikes to Ben's since they opened their doors. He runs a clean shop, is meticulous, and gets you on the road. If he finds other issues, he calls it how he sees it. And his prices are very fair. He comes recommended by a number of people who don't usually take their bikes to shops, but when they do, they go to Ben's.

I have a V-Star 950 with Rocket sidecar. Made a appointment. I showed up apx 15 minutes early and at 10:00am they (Ben and Tim) started to work. They were able to install the new tire without removing the sidecar. I need to have a new set of rear brake pad. I ordered, made an appointment, paid my bill and left a very happy customer.

I like to take very good care of my motorcycles, it makes them safer to ride and respects the engineering and creative thought that went in to building it. The quality of the service work that goes into every project I have worked on with Ben is the best I have seen. He is a master mechanic who knows well his craft. The prices are fair and the workmanship is beyond reproach. Ben and his wife, Nikya, are a great team. I love to bring my bikes to Ben's because I know that they will be well cared for. Thanks Ben and Nikya!!!

I was touring through California and unexpectedly burned through a rear tire, my route was remote and this was the last chance I would have to get a tire, and while it had some life left, it definitely didn't have 1,200 miles left. I called 2 hrs away, when I got there they were expecting me and got me in and out under an hour(great service guys, wish there were more around the country like you). They have a really good vibe going on. A great Beemer shop!

I was on a long trip from Minnesota out to California and back. Another dealer changed oil in my bike but did not remove the filter's o-ring from the engine block. It lasted almost a thousand miles before it failed. I noticed an oil leak under my bike while in Monterey. When I contacted Ben's, they said they could get me in that Saturday morning. When I pulled up, before I had even spoke with Ben, the mechanic had my bike on the lift and started on it. After they found problem, they went through the rest of the bike to verify there weren't any other issues lurking.

I like the staff and really had high hopes for this place but unfortunately had a bad experience. I'll start by saying that I only bring my bike in because I don't have time to do the work myself nor the gear to reset the electronics. So when I asked them to take a look at my blinker switch (occasionally hard to actuate) I expected someone to actually pull apart the cluster. Unfortunately, their response on pickup was that the switch couldn't be fixed and I'd have to deal with it as is or replace the cluster (like $800). Took it apart myself when I got home to find that the plastic housing and

This is a truly exceptional shop. Ben has a great team and they all seem to love what they do. I am a mechanic myself and this is the only shop I really trust with my rare bikes and I travel 150 miles to have this shop work on my 5 bikes. There are a lot of BMW shops in the Bay Area and for my money this is the best of the lot. I like SF BMW but I love Ben's shop, it's unfortunate I live so far away but its worth it and I like knowing they are as into my bikes as much as I am.
