John and Micheal from the service department went beyond the call of duty in customer service. They stayed late and helped answer all my questions and more. They gave me recommendations and what felt like unbiased opinions and experience. This was all before I even purchased a motorcycle or owned one.
I bought a bike from a buddy and it had the service light on. I took the motorcycle in and felt very confident leaving it at the shop with them. Walked me through the inspection and what would be serviced. John was pleased I had my owners manual. I learned that ownership also means responsibility

Really friendly awesome staff. It's hard to find specific bikes right now and I was bummed that these guys didn't have what I wanted because I really wanted to buy from them. This will always be the first place I stop at while motorcycle shopping from now on. They have very low dealer fees and are able to compete on price a lot better than Bay Area dealers.

I FINALLY found the UTV my family was looking for and immediately called to reserve it (these things go FAST! ). I contacted Hilary who verified the unit was at their dealership, answered all my questions and easily got me approved for the loan prior to me coming in. When I arrived, she easily priced out all my add-ons, made sure they were in stock and effortlessly completed the loan process, even applied some discounts. The dealership vibe was very relaxed but everyone was knowledgeable... no pushy sales people at all, which was a breath of fresh air. Loved the whole experience so far.

What a seamless transaction Hilary made everything so easy, I think from the moment I walked in the door till the time we were loading up the bike was less than a half hour. The emails and phone calls before beforehand were prompt, pleasant and professional. I was sent a detailed quote and was charged accordingly.

This dealer has been top notch. Hilary in sales along with the service shop foreman. I have gotten two bikes from them within a few months of each other. They have very competitive pricing and don't screw around. Your bike will be ready when you ask them to have your bike ready. Recently I had issues with one of the bikes and they went above and beyond to fix the problem.

Purchased a used BMW R Nine T Racer at a great deal from Greg over email/phone as I'd be flying in from LA to pick it up. Riding down PCH on the new motorcycle was sublime and I had zero issues during the 7 hours total trip. Greg made sure that not only the purchasing process super smooth, but that the used bike ran smoothly as well. He even let me have a free backpack as I was ill-prepared for the trip and forgot I'd be bringing back a free spare part he offered me as well. If I ever come back to NorCal for a motorcycle, this will be my first stop!

My wife and I called regarding a quad that was for sale on their website and Hilary double checked if they still had it in stock and answered all our questions, we filled out our application on their website and within a couple minutes Hilary emailed my wife back to tell her everything came out perfect, we drove over to look at the quad and within 10 minutes we had already signed everything and Hillary herself and another.coworker loaded the quad to our truck. Amazing customer service, definitely recommend it!

When I was ready to upgrade, I thought I would try the local shops to save the 70 mile round-trip ride to Gilroy. Big mistake - I was let down by the local KTM shop both in sales and service.
So I called Hilary. Not only did she remember me, she had all the details of specials and incentives that I could not pry out of the local dealer - and she offered them up without me asking! I knew exactly the bike I was after

Spent a while working on the death machine. Going to do a leak down test to see how badly they messed up the valves when they "checked it out."
Gave up on riding it anytime soon. Got a whopping zero decent rides out of it.
Bought a new KTM dirt bike from the trustworthy guys at the motor cafe. Probably should have talked to them first...

I've had a couple of service calls with GMC and both went well. A brake job on my FJR1300 and a pain-in-the-a** bunch of work done on my KTM 990 Adventure. Pete knows his stuff and as a fairly new KTM shop, they did it right and treated me fairly. That's all you can ask of a shop and if you want somebody to cut corners and BS you, go somewhere else. I'm glad to have a solid shop in my town.

I did my due diligence and decided the KTMXC-W TPI was the right bike for me.
So I call Hilary, the Sales Manager, at Gilroy Motorcycle Center as they are a KTM (among other manufacturers) dealer.
Hilary was a wealth of information. Answered all of my questions and validated that the KTM was the right bike for me.
She gave me a great deal and over the phone, handled all the financing which was very favorable for me.
Saturday morning I roll out to their facility to sign the paperwork

I had the pleasure of working with Michael in sales. He was extremely informative in helping me make a decision on the size of the engine(cc)/ and bike that would be best suited for me from what I described. He was able to share pros and cons of various makes and models. He was very matter of fact and had the best interest of the customer in mind from the beginning to the end.
