So helpful and so nice, everyone who worked there. I was clueless as to what I needed for a project and they pointed out everything I needed! Much rather shop here than the big box places. They understand the neighborhood and are familiar with the kinds of buildings, apartments and our needs, and carry almost everything, or know where you can find it.
Very helpful staff and stocked with pretty much anything you would need for an apartment in NYC. This store has nearly everything and the staff are always super helpful and friendly. If you don't see it, just ask and someone will walk you straight to the item. Definitely worth the few extra cents to have attention and courtesy that the Depot/Lowe's stores never seem to provide.
