I would recommend this place.
The staff are very friendly, kind and courteous.
I have had the red curry, pad thai, and green curry and those always taste fresh and delicious.
Most of the time I will take out from this location, but when I do sit inside its okay...not the most up to date restaurant, but I am not there for the furniture show or décor.
Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in thai food downtown.

Came to Napasorn for lunch. From the moment I entered I immediately felt a difference in the way I and another were being treated versus the non minorities in my party. Our group was a mixture of Black, Hispanic, and white individuals. We had made a reservation as we were celebrating a coworkers promotion and had a larger party.

I have ordered takeout for years from here and the food is delicious but in the last few months the service leaves something to be desired. The last few times I waited an additional 15-20 minutes past the ready time once arriving to the restaurant for pickup. This evening they hadn't even place my orders and I was questioned if I had "called the right" restaurant. I showed my call log and still wasn't offered an apology.
I would not recommend for takeout orders due to the lack of communication between the person answering the phone and the kitchen.

The food was ok but this restaurant is in serious need of cleaning. The dining room floor is filthy, they are probably using the same dirty mop to clean the floor night after night. The mens bathroom was atrocious and smelled awful. You can see into the kitchen when you walk by the bathroom and the floors were a mess, dishes on the ground, messy and dirty in general. If you can get past how dirty the restaurant is, the food is ok, nothing you will write home about though. Not eating there again.

Anytime I come here with my boyfriend I love it so much. The food is always great to the point we never realize that we are eating so fast lol.
I got the hot basil fried rice with chicken and she gave us extra variety of spices if we wanted. My boyfriend got the pineapple fried rice with veggies. So delicious
I love how they always put it into a shape of a heart too.

Ate a coupleago with my wife. I'm never really in the downtown area much anymore so it has been a very long time since I last been here.
Well, the food was...ok. My Pad Saew was way overcooked and the noodles were mushy. The flavor was delicious but everything was really overcooked. The gyoza were standard frozen gyoza deep fried but they tasted good. Also got spring rolls and they were delicious
It was warm in the dining room. Low 80's which kinda made it slightly uncomfortable. The service was really good. Food came out fairly quick and drinks were always refilled.

A cute, chic place to grab some good food in the midst of bar pubs. I had basil fried rice and my date had pad Thai with chicken - lost 1 star because it was pretty standard (and smelled funny but we were hungry) but the hostess was nice and accommodating plus the food came out quickly. We had cold & hot sakes which made for a nice touch.

This is strictly a LUNCH MENU review. And in my experience, it was one deserving 5 stars.
Upon entry, you notice the restaurant is surprisingly spacious, with a second floor option. The decor is dated, but the vibe is super relaxed and peaceful. Which is nice during the middle of the day. It really was a pleasure to sit, listen to the soothing piano music playing in the place, and decompress.
The decision was to stay on the lunch menu - which is very reasonably priced, while still offering a rather robust selection of Thai and Vietnamese classics.
For starters, I went with the Summer Rolls

My favorite Thai restaurant in Orlando!!! You must try the yellow chicken curry (I like it without the potatoes and vegetables), the cheesy rolls and the Thai Donuts!!!! They are all simply amazing!!! I am SO LUCKY that I own a condo just upstairs from Napasorn so I get to enjoy it regularly!!

Many of my friends say this is their favorite Thai spot in Orlando. I think it's average.
I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai, hot.
Pros:
-order came on time
-order was accurate
-large portions
-hot means hot, you will get some spice
Cons:
-the spicy-ness is more hot sauce-y than chili flakes (which I prefer)
-other than the spice, I think it needs a richer flavor
-more peanuts needed
