I started my first hot tub/spa repair and service company over 20 years ago at Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. I already had 20 years under my belt as a Broadcast Engineer at the time, and I was eager to have my own small business. My electronics background and an apprenticeship with a veteran spa service company served me well and I quickly became familiar with virtually every hot tub manufactured.
When I started my company, I insisted on not having employees. I felt for the work to be done to MY high standards it needed to be done by ME. My efforts were rewarded as I earned the reputation of being the guy who showed up as promised, did quality work and charged fairly. Over those years, I earned multiple awards for exceptional customer service.

Whether your hot tub is feeling under the weather, or just in need of professional water maintenance, make an appointment with the Valley Hot Tub Doc! He will arrive for your appointment in his fully stocked service vehicle with his spa doctor's bag in hand and give your hot tub the right diagnosis, prescription, and treatment.
Join the Valley Hot Tub Doc maintenance program and enjoy worry-free water quality. With each visit, I will test water chemistry and add chemicals as needed (included in visit cost). I will inspect filter(s) and clean or replace if necessary (new filters additional cost).
Most customers do best with a bromine or chlorine-based sanitation program, however, if you have sensitivities to these products, I can prescribe an alternative sanitation program based on more natural products.Revitalize and give your spa that like new appearance and/or increase the functionality of your spa with custom-made spa surrounds, steps, bar sets and gazebos.

I moved Into a home in the valley two years ago. It came with an 8 yr old hot tub from Wind River out of Denver. The tub stopped working properly. No local hot tub shop services this brand. I called Mark, the Valley Hot Tub Doc, and he came promptly to evaluate my hot tub and explain the repair and replacement options. The tub pumps and heater were working and in good order, but all the electronics needed replacement. Mark ordered all the necessary parts and quickly got my tub working again. Great experience, expertise, execution, and value. Thanks Mark!
