We wanted to replace a fragile clay tile roof with composite shingles before the rainy season started. Marco Roofing's bid was competitive and we felt most comfortable working with Chad. He was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process. We had a lot of questions and he answered each one promptly. The entire roof was completed in about a week and everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. Replacing a roof is not an insignificant investment and we had a great experience. Thanks!

We have used Marco Roofing in the past and when we decided to have gutter screens installed, we knew who to call. We had a quick response and just a few days later we were given an appointment when someone would be out to do the installation. Work was done quickly and we were so happy not to have to clean those gutters ever again.

My parents had skylights that were leaking. Chad came out for the initial consult and provided an estimate of repairs. Chad was very responsive over text and emails. After the repair, there was rain a few days later and my parents noticed the leak had continued. Chad and team quickly came out to assess the situation and fixed it!

Called Marco roofing to replace a broken skylight. They were prompt in their responses and came in to provide a free estimate. I also compared their quote with others and found this to be competitive. They won my business purely because they responded to my questions fast (the other business did not). There was a considerable wait time for the skylight they ordered but once it was available, they came in and replaced it just in time for a few days of wind and bad thunderstorms. I am glad I got it fixed in time. I cannot climb onto the roof to check the quality of work but seems to be holding on

I had an existing leak in the upstairs chimney bedroom wall that I tried to repair myself two years ago, unsuccessfully. I had contacted several contractors for an estimate a few weeks ago, and two could not come out or were too busy. Chad came out for an estimate last week to repair that area plus fix other areas that had problems with the concrete tiles in providing water intrusion sealing. There were several broken tiles in other areas of the roof.
The crew came today and finished the repair. Rain is expected tomorrow so Marco Roofing did an excellent customer service by responding so quickly

In need of a new roof I reached out to multiple Roofers and Marco Roofing was the most responsive and had the most competitive pricing. I worked with Mike who came out to do the estimate and was my contact throughout the entire process. He was quick to address any of our concerns. The crew installed a roof within three days and cleaned up afterwards each day. Overall we are very pleased with the new roof. This company has stellar customer service and does a great job. I definitely recommend Marco Roofing.

Did a great professional job on my roof. They were not overpriced like a lot of roofing companies, as my insurance company was paying.
When they started the job we found out I had a second roof on top of older shingles. Only took 1/2 extra day.
All the roofers on the job were nice and respectful.
I would highly recommend Marco Roofing .

Our experience with Marco Roofing was first-rate all the way. We were immediately impressed when Chad was the only one (of four bidders) who actually went up on the roof as part of his cost-estimating process. (The other three companies sent salesmen who wanted to sit down with us and leaf through binders with glossy photos of roofs and various certificates of quality.) Ultimately, Chad’s bid was very reasonable and realistic compared to the others—it was the only one that reflected the fact that we had two layers of existing roof that needed to be removed.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reach this company though it's not for a lack of effort. I have a leak in the roof and found Marco Roofing here on Yelp. I first tried to request a free estimate through the provided link. I filled in all the information and submitted, but there was an error and it wouldn't go through. Next, I called the number provided. There were options to leave a message for various people and the general mail box, but it just rang and rang.
