Lee Lake Campground is just a few miles east of Hawley, MN, and conveniently close to both Fargo/Moorhead and Detroit Lakes. We are a Ma-and-Pa style, privately owned seasonal-only campground, with a family-friendly vibe! We boast very large lots with hundreds of mature oaks, elms, maples, and blue spruce.
There is a variety of wildlife to be seen on the campground, and a large variety of fish and aquatic wildlife in the lake. The hills and views are breathtaking, and we are located directly on quaint Lee Lake. Call or e-mail us today to get on our seasonal waitlist, or enquire about a unit that is for sale.

We’ve been renting out here for nearly 20 years? Great neighbors, friendly and helpful. Justin and Amanda have and are doing their very best to make improvements to the infrastructure as they can afford. Very well kept. Um, always has been a positive experience out here at Lee Lake. Thanks everyone 👍 We look forward to the next 20👍

It was OK for just a place to stop on our way to get some sleep for the night. Never saw anyone. Pretty easy to fallow the signs to our site, left our check in the mailbox. Looks like they only have 5 "transit" sites and the rest is seasonals. Lots of mosquitoes! Don't bother getting $5 firewood. Not a full hookup but they have a dump station.

There are just a few sites for daily campers. Elec/ water $43. Seems high. I used the laundry...very old with bad odor! Worn out, really old machines and nothing to tell you how long it will take. Bathroom/showers at pool house are pretty yukky looking. Owners seemed okay. This is a large full time place and no one seemed able to say "hi" as we walked around. Very old campers in the sites with random add-ons. Worked for a night stop over.

This campground has 5 pull through sites with water and electric. Very quite and relaxing place, there is a pool with basic amenities. The camphost was very attentive. Good cell reception with Verizon, also got the local tv channels.
The only reson for a 4 star review is that the water had a strong sulfur smell and iron taste to it. Aside from that it's a nice place and well manicured.
