Long time customer. I really appreciate the great service & pricing! I love knowing all I need to do is make a call and everything is simply taken care of, with no worries! On this last visit, even helped quickly troubleshoot an airflow issue in the house to get better cooling up in our loft. Greatly appreciated!

Returned my call within minutes & fit me into busy schedule in middle of heat wave to look at our a/c unit which quit working. Mark, Owner, was punctual, professional & quickly assessed burned out part. It was fixed within less than an hour. Mark double checked a few elements to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. I have also used them 2 years ago to repair our furnace. Highly recommend.

Very prompt and professional. fixed my problem at a fair price and showed me how I could service my unit in the future. I will not hesitate to call them in the future or recommend them to friends and family. I am afraid I haven't had this level of satisfaction with a lot of contractors and repair services I have dealt with recently.

Mark did a great job for me and a client that I referred to him. He was prompt and clean and organized. Mark didn't gauge me due to the fact it was in the middle of winter when my heater tanked. Another company tried to take advantage of the situation and I wasn't amused. If you want a fair good guy I recommend him.
