Normally I do not write reviews, but this is probably the worst experience I’ve had in a dermatologist office. The staff made me feel so uncomfortable and they were not helpful as far as getting the correct products. I could not trust their judgement for products because of the way they treated me. Truly a terrible experience.

Worst display of human kindness from the staff. Was told to go find another practice to work with since I complained about not receiving returned phone calls from the office that had to do with a prescription not being filled by their company. The office manager blamed me the patient for not getting the Dupixent that was to be ordered through my doctor. I have waited over two months to receive the necessary prescription and was hung up on by the manager. The pharmacy involved was also ignored by this practice and told me that they have never seen such a mishandled situation by any other practice

The office physically looks very nice and pleasing.
The receptionists are nice.
I did not have to wait which was nice.
The doctor came in right away as well.
The doctor I saw was very nice, she didn't tell me her name though. It was my first time so I didn't get the chance to grab the name of the doctor who I met with. That being said, she was extremely nice and very thorough. I absolutely loved her. I will call and ask for the doctors name so I can edit the review and let you all know.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I was there yesterday as a brand new patient coming from a different dermatologist that I was unhappy with and I don't regret switching to Beaird! Very clean, absolutely no wait to be brought back in the room, the staff was friendly as well. I had a full body check and felt like they weren't out to just cut into me and leave me with big ugly scars like the other place I was going to. I was a little nervous going in, but Traci made me feel so comfortable! Definitely recommending Beaird to anyone in need of a good dermatologist!

I don't prefer this clinic to anyone. I had an appointment, but my daughter didn't even get checked by the doctor. A lady came in and said that we have to go to an eye doctor and we don't need to be here. She said that they are not going to charge us. When we got to the checkout, they told me that I have to pay 49$. I have paid the amount, but no one explained to me why I have to pay the amount. In this case my daughter still didn't get checked by the doctor, but they still charged me.

Love the space! Love the service! Love the doctors! I was immediately directed to a room (zero wait time) and the doctor arrived before I could finish filling out my form. We discussed a great plan, next steps for following up, and they even have a small pharmacy onsite for any scripts. One and done! My fiancé is now switching his dermatologist to go here too :)

Couldn't talk to humans each time I called, had to go in to make a 1st appointment. Saw Dr. Robinson which pushes products, talked AT me not to me, and then talked ABOUT me to the nurse rather than to me as a human. I get they look at skin up close, but its odd to have someone in your face for the whole time. Poor office management - never could… call & talk to a human. My follow up was cancelled via voicemail I didn't get until late, though got a text message from them w/reminder? Voicemail asked for reschedule, still couldn't talk to a human. Many times website appointment request

Love Dr. Leslie Beaird from the first day I met her so down to earth was so relaxed on my first visit with her and her staff EVERYONE is so friendly and Shannon is the person I deal with with the lab and questions concerning my prescriptions Been to a lot of skin doctors in my lifetime only wish I met Dr Beaird a long time ago she is the BEST!! I have recommended to some of my friends and they all feel the same as I do they loved her and thanked me again and again!!!
