This is my second time using New Buck and Kevin and Teresa were absolutely amazing again! Mrs. Teresa got me on the schedule without any trouble and was super helpful with my questions. Mr. Kevin found some problems with my fireplace and even helped me find somebody who could get it fixed. I will continue using them and I will always refer them to whoever will listen.

They just left my home at 5:30 pm. They came a day early to accommodate after understanding that I had a very important doctor appointment on my regular scheduled day. How cool is that! No reset, just came late and did the work! He did a great job and was very professional. I could not have asked from anything more. I would recommend them to anyone!

Amazing service, I called new buck chimney services to get an inspection and they got me scheduled in extremely quick. And on top of that the came early. Extremely professional. Mr Kevin came and was so informative and helpful, he taught me all about the fireplace in my new home. He sat and visited with myself and my fiancé for awhile, shared some good stories and had some good laughs. I highly recommend giving them a call for all fireplace needs. They will get you taken care of.
