The young man, said his name was Tyler, had all type of excuses for being late and when he arrived, he had many excuses for not cleaning my chimney from the top. When he finished cleaning from inside of the house, he had many excuses for not being able to give me a receipt for payment. I wrote a handwritten receipt for him to sign because he agreed to send my receipt through my email. This work was done on November 3, 2021 and as of today, December 28, 2021, I've not received my receipt after calling and texting several times. I will not recommend not use the Bordovsky with RED River Chimney again

I called and made an appointment to have my chimney cleaned. I want to be safe while enjoying a nice fire. Tyler was on time and called to let me know he was on the way. We have a white carpet in front of the fireplace, and the fireplace is painted white. Everything was kept clean! I can now enjoy a fire knowing I don’t have build up in my chimney.
