Understaffed. We waited 20+ minutes only for the hostess to come and take our drink order. Then we get the drinks another 10+ minutes later and my wife's drink was not there. The bartender brought it over and then he took our dinner order. Very unorganized. The pork bun was all fat. Chicken bun was okay. The dumplings were the best thing on the menu besides the spicy pork ramen bowl.

The food and the service is always excellent! The bartenders are always so kind and very knowledgeable about the menu. This is one of my favorite spots!

So me and my wife came here because of the rave reviews, but unfortunately this wasn't the place for us. The shrimp teriyaki skewers that we had were over cooked and the teriyaki sauce was definitely lackluster. I'm aware not all teriyaki sauce is sticky and some is loose depending on where you go but this loose one they made didn't really appeal. The pork gyoza is good but the portion for the price is definitely underwhelming like someone else posted in a prior review. My wife had the bakuto pork ramen and I had the spicy beef noodles. Came here for a warm meal on a cold night and was not disappointed. Kind staff, quick service, tasty drinks, and delicious food. I will definitely return.

It's hard to sound critical when every other aspect of the experience was great. Our server was attentive and friendly, the atmosphere and vibes were great. That being said, this ramen was not very good. Neither my partner nor I finished our plates which is very unfortunate considering that just goes to the trash in the end. The noodles had a very muted bland taste towards the end and the broth, while flavorful, was really oily and almost too seasoned. It felt like overcompensation to mask that specific noodle after taste. I'd go back for their buns though, they looked great.

I came here a few weeks ago and I absolutely fell in love.

I met my friend here for dinner and everything I had was beyond delicious. They make these wings that beat any other wings I've ever had. The ramen i got, which is pictured and I forgot the name to it, was spicy but worth eating.

They make everything in front of you which is great. I have always wanted to come here and so glad I did. It has the best ramen I've tasted in the area. If you're in the area and want ramen, come here. You won't be disappointed!

Tried this place for the first time. I had the karagee chicken sandwich, which at first looked very yummy and is a large amount, but as I was eating I was overwhelmed with a citrus flavor. I couldn't tell if it was lime or ginger, but it was not good and even the chicken felt very slimy and off. The chicken rice bowl was also very strange. The rice tasted like minute rice and the mushrooms tasted very strange with a weird soy sauce flavor, which was not very good. The chicken on top was the only good thing about this dish. The pork buns were good and i'd give them about a 4/5 in terms

Got the buns, spicy pork ramen, and katsu rice bowl. Every dish was really thoughtfully made; and the service was great.

Second time coming here and definitely was not disappointed. The Chicken Miso Ramen had a slight kick which warms you up on a cold day like today. Their HOG farm vegetable bun was made with deep fried Maitake mushrooms which was full of flavor. But you can never go wrong with their Chicken Buns or their chicken katsu. Highly recommend taking some chicken buns to-go for later

Love the modern take on Japanese dishes. Everything we ate was amazing! The loaded waffle fries were UNREAL, the Tokyo dog was great and the chicken was super crispy. The charred broccolini was good, but there were sardines and it was kind of salty. All of our drinks were great, and the waitress was super nice!

Kudos to the chef and staff. I personally don't like poached eggs but the chef worked his magic and the food was amazing. And the waiter had an awesome personality being both informative and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend coming here

What a great addition to Lindenhurst. We always wanted a near by Ramen place that had great ramen like Astoria. The atmosphere was great and there signature cocktails are fab. Will definitely be back.

Great drinks. Great food. Modern atmosphere that matches the vibe. What else can you ask for? Oh yeah ramen that's on point. Call ahead for a table or sit at the bar it's worth it.

Outstanding! We came here for brunch and enjoyed the pancakes, BEC buns, shrimp buns, chicken buns, cold noodles, and A M A Z I N G cocktails. Joe is an absolute pleasure. Get the sweet potato cocktail--you won't regret it.

Great food, a little on the expensive side but worth it. Service takes a hit from them only having two people working both tables and bar, but the two people i've seen in the 3 times i've been there were very nice and apologized for the wait.

Visited Bakuto on a whim after looking up local spots to get a last minute meal and we will definitely be back!! We ordered the seasonal crudo, the chicken bao buns and the seafood udon noodle. This was a good amount for two people to share. The crudo was super fresh, delicious and had lots of seasonal flavors. The bao buns were amazing, crispy chicken and soft bun-- can't wait to come back to try the pork and veggie options. We ordered the seafood udon. Our dining experiences have been consistently excellent since the first time we’ve dined here almost a year ago. We’ve had various drinks, bowls, appetizers, and most importantly, buns. They have a creamed corn tequila cocktail that never ceases to amaze me. The flavors in the ramen bowls are always on point and unique, and the pickled mushrooms are the true stealers of the show in every ramen dish. Each and every single bun is fantastic, with extra crispy fried chicken and melt-in-your-mouth chashu pork. Their seasonal mushroom buns are so delicious, they make us wish they were anything but

I was really excited to try this place, it's decorated really cool and we were seated right away. Our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful right off the bat. The crispy chicken bao buns were delicious, I'd return just for the buns in the least. We had the pork belly rice bowl and the wings both which were overly flavored? I put a question mark because when is too much flavor a bad thing - I never though it could be but the flavors were very heavy and pungent. I couldn't really taste anything but the immediate notes of Sesame oil and salt. The pork belly in the fried rice was really charred

The beef brisket in the spicy beef and garlic udon has a decent size of fat attached to it on almost every piece of meat. I mean if you don't mind or like the fatty parts of meat then, hey this soup for you. My PINK chicken buns came with a tiny strand of black hair. I'm not even mad about the hair but I mean I do like my chicken fully cooked. My only advice is DONT ORDER TAKE OUT, this way you have a chance to send it back. As for me, I'm not risking giving them another chance.

This place is slamming. Honestly a true gem. Don't sleep on them chicken buns or the sake sangria. Then hit the udon. You're welcome.

An amazing dining experience in the Heart of Lindenhurst. A diverse menu and an amazing collection of cocktails and local beers, as well as an unbeatable Happy Hour. My personal favorites are the Wings and Shrimp Burger, but I honestly have not had a bad item from the menu. A welcome addition, and a place that I frequent (and will be for quite some time).

What a fantastic place to visit! From the thoughtful decor, to the service and every single bite, everything was perfect! The drinks were absolutely incredible. Pat the bartender and owner is not only skilled but very accommodating. The food was so good even my boyfriend who is normally very picky loved everything! The wings have to have been some of the best wings I've ever had and the rice bowl was absolutely incredible as well! An absolute gem of a restaurant! We will absolutely be back with friends and family!

Came in for our first time and we had an amazing experience! We sat with Rachel and she was fantastic! She made sure we were set at all times and our glasses were full and our meals were on point. The food was outstanding and very flavorful. The atmosphere is very chill. I highly recommend stopping in for a great meal and great drinks.

Amazing service. The owner Pat creates a great over all experience. I highly recommend the penicillin if you enjoy whisky ginger. Food was fantastic. If you are local definitely need to check this place out!

Wow, this place is incredible. If you’re reading this, you MUST get the crispy chicken boa buns. Every time I go, I usually get the roast pork belly rice bowl, which is excellent. Sometimes they have specials, and every time I’ve tried one it’s been so tasty. The service is great and the ambiance is awesome. This place is a true gem.

This is my favorite Ramen place. Thought I left a review already. I've dined in and called in food to go and it's delicious. The perfect dinner, especially on a cold winter night. Will be back again soon. Staff is so friendly.

Wow! Awesome atmosphere, great service, and even better food. The pork steamed buns were the best I have ever had, and the homemade udon were incredible. The cocktails were also fun and delicious. I can't wait to go back, and for more new places to come to the village.
