My husband just got glasses at fifty dollar eye guy and was blown away by the amazing prices! A couple of prescription glasses along with prescription sunglasses for less than we've ever paid elsewhere! He said everyone was nice and wonderful! Really, I'd give a 4.75 out of 5. The staff at the cafe location was great and had wonderful customer service. They were able to take me as a walk-in during a busy day. The doc was thorough gave me some solid recommendations. My only issue was the wait to get my glasses. It was later communicated that COVID and a repair part for a machine slowed it down. Mega thanks to everyone there!

I tried to reach out by sending the owner an email and contacting Christy last week neither called me back.
Months ago I went in for my annual eye exam and my cataract had worsened. They suggested distance glasses. I bought two pair of distance glasses one for night driving and a pair of sunglasses for day driving. I also bought a new pair of reading glasses and had my updated reading prescription put in my old glasses that I bought there a year ago.

All about the Bens just like any other eye place. Went in around Jan - spent close to 2k on glasses, sunglasses, and seeing a dr. I explained I would need necessary info for ordering cheap glasses online so whatever they needed to charge for that info I needed that day. Skip to me getting hired to write reviews for an eye wear website and they need my info. Whats not on my paper? Pupillary Distance. I call 50$ eye guy where she tells me that the maker of the glasses will have to measure this. I explain this is an online JOB and as a patient I am not even going to be wearing these glasses beyond

My family as well as myself have been patients of Dr. Hegetschweiler for sometime now and have had nothing but great experiences. Then to the frame side of the process we have always been treated with great service with all questions answered an things overed above and beyond by Mrs. Christy.
