This place has gone down hill. The receptionist was very rude. I am a repeat patient who was seen by Dr. Lee previously who was very good. I called for another appointment with Dr. Lee for another issue but was told that Dr. Lee only does surgeries which is just downright false. She then asked for my insurance and I said AmeriHealth New Jersey and she said "what do you mean AmeriHealth New Jersey" and I said "That is what it is" This person should just be removed from this position. She then said the earliest appointment is December 30th which does not make sense because they always took me right

Dealing with Affiliated Dermatologists in Morristown, NJ is frustrating. I have no complaints with the annual exam I recently received (except that I had to knock on the door for 10 minutes to have someone let me in).
However, I phoned for a follow up appointment and listened to recorded advertisements and the phone ringing for 25 minutes before I gave up. I will go elsewhere.

THINK AGAIN before closing affiliated as your new dermatologist. Not only did they lie about taking my insurance, they attempted to bill me twice for an appointment that only lasted 20 minutes. I have state insurance and I make sure to find out before entering that they will accept it. "Sure no problem, we take your insurance" as I reiterate "are you sure?" The young receptionist said "yes we will take great care of you here." I was then billed 2 weeks later. I called to try and to come to a resolution and nobody was able to speak to me. They told me they would open up a case and get back to me

I am not one to write reviews, but I was extremely disappointed by my appointment with Dr. Grob. She did not give me the time of day nor did she answer any of my questions really. And worst of all, she misdiagnosed me and prescribed me 3 months of antibiotics which were not needed. I met with another dermatologist after and he was even surprised/disappointed by the diagnosis I was given because it was extremely off. I feel like I was completely rushed.

I had an appointment with a physician assistant at the Morristown facility. I was surprised I wasn’t asked to put a gown on for an exam for my psoriasis. They came in did a quick look at my scalp and spoke about the meds that I thought would help me but was told I didn’t qualify.
I received a 125.00 bill for a 15 minute consult from an assistant. I have decided after being a patient for 22 years it’s time to change drs

Just came back from the office. I was schedule for 10 am appointment with Dr. Lee. Went to the reception at the door 3, announce my name, spelled it for them and was informed that I have an appointment with Dr. Lee at 10 and to proceed to door 1 and wait in there to be called, which I did. Some body came out, asked me what I am waiting for and went to check. Comes back and tells me my appointment with a different doctor at 11 and who did I talk to at the reception? Going back and the receptionist said I was never there and she never spoke to me. I repeated my name and she denied ever seeing me

I've been coming to Affiliated Dermatologists & Dermatologic Surgeons since middle school. My first dermatologist at the practice was Stephen W. Rozan, MD, who was a founding member of Affiliated Dermatologists. When he retired, I switched to Lauren Cooper, MD. Both of these doctors and their staff have been consummate professionals in their field.
The office staff has always been extremely accommodating and helpful. This dermatology practice has more or less saved my life by consistently catching moles before they advance, and Dr. Cooper has a keen eye as a diagnostician who I've entrusted with

Since 2016 every yearly visit has been with someone new because every dermatologist I’ve seen has left this practice. I’m trying to refill my prescriptions that expired but I’m being denied because it’s been one year and three months since my last visit. It’s not like dermatitis or eczema go away, they’re seasonal, but this practice wants to charge me for an office visit in exchange for treatment. Between this denial and the employee turnover at this office I’m not interested in remaining a patient. And I can’t recommend anyone to this practice because I don’t know any dermatologists
