Let's start off with the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The office was very nice and comfortable. Dr. Lu was professional, polite, intelligent, and spent a long tine on the initial consultation.
On my next visit I had a small item removed. She was friendly and professional. She made sure I was without discomfort and was very concerned with any signs of pain, due to the procedure. It ended without any issues and I barely felt anything.
