Physical repairs such as clasps, crowns, rivet pins, and refinishing are done daily, often while you wait. Because we offer so many services not available anywhere else we receive lots of referrals from all over the Puget Sound. We offer a 1 year guarantee on resizing your watch band. We size all models of straps including the very unique Rado series and all other ceramic watches.
The most extensive repairs for a watch is a cleaning and overhaul. During a service, the movement (gut) is disassembled completely, stripped down to its smallest component and the parts are pre-cleaned & dried in a machine through a three-stage process. The parts are inspected, the wheels balanced and the jewels are adjusted, then th watch goes through a final clean in our state of the art ElmaSonic VA (Vacuum Assisted).
The lens of the watch is called the crystal, it is made of 4 possible materials: acrylic, mineral glass, K-1(hardened mineral), or Sapphire. We carry all types on-hand for simple rounds from 1mm to 3mm thick. We can hand grind odd shaped lenses and can make fittings for vintage and domed models.
Date magnifiers of different sizes are available for placement on flat crystals, in mineral and sapphire these can take a useless feature of your watch and makes it readable again.All watches are resealed for the same water resistance level. Originals can be ordered from most manufacturers and placed using press fit, uvglue or epoxy.

This is the place to go for engraving. After numerous inquiries and visits to other places, I visited Arc. I was trying to match a very specific font I had seen in a film. I had an ok image I had taken from my television and asked Sam to find the exact font. After finding something very close, Sam tweaked the details on his computer until it looked perfect. Then he performed the engraving. I’m very impressed with the high-quality, attention to detail work that I received. I’ll be back.

A quick, professional, informative, and friendly experience. I was able to get in right away and they fixed my watch up nicely, including a pressure test to make sure it was watertight; they even set the time and date and some of the basic stuff like chimes for me. I will go back the next time my watch needs a new battery or a repair and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience getting my damaged Movado fixed here. Andrew did an excellent job replacing the sapphire crystal face as well as buffing out deep gouges that were acquired when I fell and the watch face impacted the ground. I thought the watch was irreparable, but now it looks good as new! Thanks to Andrew, and the professional team at Arc!

Sam and his employees are a pleasure to work with. Consummate professionals all of them. They engraved an older Cartier Santos for me, and it came out better than I’d hoped. They were also able to repair a vintage Bullova. The Bullova needed a new accutron movement and crystal. Other local watchmakers refused to take on that project, but it seems that nothing is impossible for Sam and his crew. Their services are on the high end of the price spectrum, so I don’t use them for every watch. But if it can’t be done elsewhere, or if it must be done to an extremely high standard, this is the watch

I went in to Arc watch works just for some cleanings, but after walking in, I soon remembered it was where I bought my first ever Seiko watch. I'm a young guy, so a new watch to me when I was 19 was awesome. Onto the future, I walked in and was greeted by Sam, the owner who is super nice, informative and quick also. I got 3 watches cleaned, which are in near perfect looking shape now and function also.
