I can't say enough good things about Creative Indulgence and Pierre. They can literally do ANYTHING you want. He took the time to sit with us and make sure what we wanted was doable and told us exactly what we needed to get there. He was very patient with us and truly gave us the best keepsakes for our mothers funeral. We wanted something unique and creative and he was able to make that dream a reality. I normally don't do reviews but I had to make sure I shoot out Creative Indulgence. I worked with Ruddy and Pierre both awesome people. We need a last minute I mean last minutes decanters engraved. We went in at 10 and had they had them ready by 2pm. The attention to detail was so beautiful. Thank you so much. We will be back.

He designed the plans on the computer. He brought the wood to the CNC machine. Now we have a family heirloom and I was simply hoping for a Rockinghorse.

Recently I needed custom party favors for a 50th birthday and I'm so thankful I called Creative Indulgence. I had been scouring the internet for weeks pulling bits and pieces of creative inspiration - Pierre took my cauldron of ideas and created two beautiful designs, each perfect for the gifts being made. Guests loved the nautical themed trucker hats (perfect for the day time boat charter) and beautifully sandblasted whiskey glasses (to cheers at dinner). Pierre and his team were patient, prompt and true professionals, I can't recommend them enough :)

I am blown away! Pierre is a genius. I came in with a leather keychain that wanted to be engraved / embossed and he was able to do it for $35!
The attn to detail was unreal. I wanted a font recreated from BlackPink and showed him the style I wanted and he was able to send me 9 (!!!) different mockups. I came in on a Tuesday, sent them approval Tuesday night and by Wednesday (when originally they told me Friday) I got a call saying it was done!
This is such a great way to personalize a gift and I am so glad it is so close to my house. Parking lot is small, but plenty of street parking. Highly

Update: I did end up replying to the 3 messages Creative Indulgence sent me over the span of 2 days -- however it should not be expected that I'm supposed to reply within one business day. I did let Pierre and Mike know that this experience did happen to me about a year ago and is real, even if they cannot remember it. On both occasions, my colleague was with me at the store and can serve as a witness. I did not appreciate the private messages accusing my review as fake. I also do not need free services as compensation. I only want customers to have a more pleasant experience going forward

I had a beautiful antique cabinet in a Japanese art deco style. There were several small sliding compartment doors in it. Each door had an intricate lattice pattern done in wood. The slivers of wood were only 8/10 of a millimeter thick. Pierre was able to photograph the different designs to scale and with his extremely precise laser he was able to perfectly reproduce the lattice work on all the doors. There were several different designs and they all came out perfect. I showed it to my wood restoration expert and he was astounded by the job. Use this guy for things you would never have imagined

Mr.Pierre is so kind and he can give you a professional advice. He responded all my inquires and questions very quickly. I requested the engraving my company logo in front of 30 tablets and do color printing on the backsides.
Engraving looks awesome and color of painting looks nice.and he made it on time.

Pierre, the owner, was amazing to work with. He was so helpful throughout the process and even had my order finished EARLY - and I had him on a crazy deadline to begin with. His expertise helped me pick the perfect paper, and his team even edited my design so it would print perfectly. I will definitely use Creative Indulgence again and again!

Got my wedding champagne glasses engraved and they came out not only perfectly but quickly. I had to have a rush order done due to bad timing on my part and it was still affordable and turned out beautifully! Only bad thing I can say is it's hard to get into the parking lot but that's really if I'm being nit picky.

I had this idea of personalizing a stainless steel dog bowl set, so I made the design on my computer with the dog's name and picture on each side.
I had no luck looking in DTLA for a place to engrave this design on the bowl set, seriously I call everybody! that's when I found Creative Indulgence in Redondo Beach. 2 hrs drive to this place was totally worth it!
They were able to flawlessly engrave all the details of my design on the metal piece. Price was reasonable. I even asked them to ship it to my place (so I didn't have to drive 2 hrs again) and it arrived on time! In less

Pierre was nothing short of AMAZING!
We were at Manhattan Beach at a conference and we had a last minute idea for a surfboard award for a Director.
We found Creative Indulgence at 11am and told him our idea and he asked when we were looking for it to be completed and said... 6 hours?!?!!!
We didn't even have the surfboard purchased at that point and finally dropped it off at 2pm and he committed and delivered early!
He worked with us and did amazing work. I highly recommend them!

The universe led me to this place! I was in a crisis and needed a banner same day! Not only was I assisted by the owner Pierre, he was humble, professional, honest and he involved me in every step of designing and executing my vision for my baby's birthday banner! Although he is strict on time management, he was a little flexible with me in order to finish my banner and get it to me same day!!! Needless to say, HE DID A GREAT JOB!! My husband and I walked into the store, Pierre greeted us with a nice smile and guided us through everything one step at a time until we got the exact product we wanted for our airline :) He shared with us his experience at his previous job interacting with our crew and had great things to say. I will post separately the photo of the completed version. But I will tell you, IT LOOKS FANTASTIC!!
