Got a couple of hats done here. I provided my own hats since I had a supplier. He took my photo and showed me exactly what he was going to do. Came out exactly as I wanted it! Super awesome:]

Owner is a liar, We waited 15mins outside his store after it “opened” at noon. Owner says he can not allow walk-ins during pandemic when yet other stores are open along the same street AND there was a concert going on that night, makes no sense whatsoever. SO instead I went to Lids and spent 120 dollars on amazing quality hats. We were not rude at all but irritated knowing the fact we wasted our time waiting in the hot sun outside his store that was supposedly open at 12 noon.

Was here 2 Oct 2021 man said he couldn't have customers in his shop, what kind of store is this? We waited 15 mins for this shop to open since the sign that was posted said opens at 12 noon. If you didn't plan on opening, take your sign down so folks don't waste their time standing in front of your store. If you want nice customers, then provide a service. He says he couldn't let customers into his store because of the pandemic which was a lie because there were stores and all along the same street that were open.

Thank you Sean for providing the greatest customer service. Two of my custom order embroidered hats came out exactly how I wanted. Sean is very easy to work with and communicates in a timely manner. Will definitely come back!

Great shop if you're looking for hats! I came here because I needed some custom embroidered trucker hats and uniforms and Sean did everything right and prices are very competitive as well! will definitely come back again if I need more hats and uniforms or just hats in general!

I recieved a quote within minutes and paid for the order online without having to visit the store. I sent the logo file and explained what i wanted and they had them ready for pick way before deadline. The price was fair and i got exactly what i wanted.

This is a great store. It has a large selection of all kinds of hats. Some are very unique and interesting. Plus, they do custom embroidery. I had a hat made there. It was very affordable and the customer service was great.

If you need a hat- check with them first!

Shawn (Sean?) is a patient store-runner. Sized me up for fit and even guessed, correctly, what color-way I was after. If that wasn't impressive enough, his family came out and won me over. Needless to say, I walked out w/ an on-the-spot purchase -- something I rarely do!
This place has everything SnapBack, fitted, b-ball, baseball, hockey, pinstrip, trucker -- even a distressed line if you're into that.

First time in California. But, that's the best SnapBack shop I've ever seen in life!!!!
