Our vision is to achieve peace in our world by teaching scientific methods that transform individuals, and therefore society, one mind at a time. In this way, inner peace will naturally lead to outer peace. Our talks and meditations are designed to solve the problems of modern living, providing relevant solutions to the struggles we all face on a day to day basis.
We offer tools that people can immediately apply to solve their daily problems and become more relaxed, happy and at peace. We envision a diverse, joyful spiritual community where everyone is welcome to learn constructive new thoughts, attitudes, and meditations that lead to authentic, lasting peace of mind and mental freedom.

Everyone experiences the pain associated with craving and attachment and many people suffer from some type of addiction. Through exploring Buddha's profound teachings and meditations we can learn how to overcome compulsive ways of thinking and acting that compel us to seek satisfaction from deceptive sources.
In this meditation based series, we will discover how to practically apply and meditate on patience to help us let go of anger, self-hatred and stress. We will deconstruct the causes of our un-peaceful minds and learn to transform our mental states into the causes of authentic peace. I'm so grateful for the kadampa center being open during the pandemic, so I could enjoy being with other Buddhists to practice meditation and learning the teachings of the Buddha.
Awesome place to do your meditation they have lots of classes and Tab-key is a wise instructor. If you have never experienced Tibetan Buddhism I highly encourage it it is utterly changed my life.
Because space is limited you must sign up prior to going so they have space.

The facility is an oasis of peace in Phoenix. The landscape is beautifully cultivated and the meaningful mural on the wall gives inspiration to all who come to learn its meaning. The center itself is beautifully laid out with a gorgeous, peaceful meditation room that hosts many wonderful events. Uppity will meet wonderful people there, especially the managers and Resident Teacher who show a wealth of wisdom and compassion.

I have been going here about 6 months now and can't say enough good things about this place. I started here for their kids meditation class on Sunday mornings. I felt that it would be great for my boys to learn another outlet to dealing with life's problems other than what is demonstrated for them in movies/tv/schools. I'm hopeful it bears and love the teachers - they are the best and my god are they patient (Geron - shout out). I attend the Sunday teaching while the kids are in the kids class and find the teachings very practical and useful for everyday life. The meditations are relaxing and allow
